I drive through here five days a week to get my coffee and sometimes breakfast. All of the staff at the drive-through window are so sweet, very kind and very efficient. They have never ever gotten my order wrong. I used to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Clifton Park and it was terrible there so I love the colony location.@ and only come here on my way to work now! Great job to the management on hiring wonderful staff.

This Dunkin has been ripping off customers for over a year. They are serving regular crap bacon in place of actual snacking bacon which has other seasoning. The coffee at this location is so bad I refuse to buy it there, and there is definitely bad crews on the weekends (especially sundays). Coffee is so bad it tastes like dirty dish water. When I have complained they make it the same way again without actually making what is ordered….I have notified corporate and I apparently am not the only one complaining.

She messed up my order, so i came back right away, and she was claiming that i am the one who’s making mistake, then she replaced what she gave me wrong and dismissed me rudely. Didn’t let me even finish what i was saying even though i was talking to her politely and there was no one in the queue.

9/3/25 the guy making the bagels, you put very little cream cheese on the bagel, come on man ?!!! when a bagel is ordered with cream cheese you want to taste of cream cheese not just the bagel.
1/12/26 the guy making the bagels, never puts enough cream cheese on the bagel, I order extra cream cheese and it’s not there.
It barely comes out with just a regular amount. Get a grip man.
Ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich at 6 PM. These guys know how to put a sandwich together absolutely perfect. Ordered it with extra bacon, hot and toasted, superbly put together sandwich.
