Ordered breakfast sandwich with hash browns and coffee.
Noticed that i did not get the hashbrowns in the bag after i was at work. The next morning i told them about it and was told sorry there is nothing we can do. It is ok to miss something like this but to not even offer to make it right is wrong. I stop at this location often and have had other issues like this but just let it go. I am done with this location thanks for nothing

This is the slowest Dunkin you could possibly go to. They have no customer service, there’s times you’ll be at the speaker for for + mins and there’s no acknowledgment, and you can’t leave because of the way there drive thru is, your trapped and get stuck waiting wether you want to or not. Absolutely worst Dunkin by far that you will ever go to, orders take forever, and Owen is Extreamly rude to people, don’t expect to contact them and hear back from there head hancho Lucy or whatever her name is, she could care about the place as much as the staff. Rude, slow, and zero customer service

Ordered a sandwich and a coffee,got a different sandwich than what I wanted. Store manager freaked out on her cashier when he informed her,then tried freaking out on me. Place always gets my order wrong so I think this will be my last time visiting this location.

Workers do not respect lactose intolerant people. I got a matcha latte and specifically asked for almond or oat milk. They said they were going to put almond milk in. I ended up spending the night sick. This is the second time this has happened at this Dunkin.

Used to be the best Dunkin around a couple years ago. Has been terrible as of late. If you want your order right, you’re better off using the app or just going to a different location altogether.
They’re often out of things – inventory is not their strong suit. I’ve heard it all… out of ice, out of espresso, out of flavors – early in the mornings!
Ordered a latte with pumpkin and whole milk, got a latte with caramel and oat milk. Sure. That’s the same.
On the positive, most of the workers are friendly and quick. They are short staffed and I know that adds to the difficulties. It’s just frustrating for the customer when you pay for a product and get something completely different or are told they’re out of something you ordered and paid for on the app.

Nobody has ANY customer service skills here. They don’t get orders right. They seem to be out of whatever you’re asking for on any particular day. Even if it is mid-morning. When you go through the drive-thru, they ignore you. You might wait 5 minutes before someone takes your money. They don’t greet you, they don’t say “have a nice day”. They don’t address you at all. Will never visit this place again. Absolutely appalling.

I ordered 2 Avocado toast and it was 6.87 .way to much money for 2 slices of toast an Avocado. I make my own at home now and it cost about 2.15 to make 2 of them

Stopped by on my way to work, left early specifically so I had enough time to make it to work. Ordered a vanilla coolatta w/ whipped cream, 2 chicken roasted pepper wraps, hash browns, snackin’ bacon and a classic doughnut. Pulled around and was handed a coolatta with no whipped cream, politely asked them to put some on which they did. Then was handed the wrong order and when I expressed it was the wrong order, I was then served a attitude (which I also did not order.) I handed them the food back and was told to pull around and come inside, when inside they started asking me if I was going to keep the food I was given and then accused me of having the wrong order still inside my car even though I had just given them it moments ago. Then some other employee rudely told me that they had my correct order the entire time? I left and was now not only late for work but without a doughnut 🙁
