I went to Dunkin Donuts on Thanksgiving morning. I had a lot of family over and we were busy getting ready for dinner…so I didn’t want to make breakfast. I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, 4 Avacado toasts, 6 donuts, 1 snackin bacon and 1 everything bagel bites. When we got the food, I checked the bag real quick. We only had 2 sandwiches. I told the guy that I’m missing 2…He said “Well what did you expect….No one really orders that much food”. I actually was taken back and just looked at him. The he said…”your going to have to come in for the other sandwiches”…..I didn’t care about going in, but he was so rude. So not only did he basically admit that the Mechanicville Dunkin Donuts can’t get your order right, but he insulted me to. I will never go back. The sad thing is that it’s not the first time my order was wrong when I’ve ordered much less, but no one has ever been that blatantly rude.

Can tell you right now, if you get the younger girl who sounds absolutely miserable taking your order, make sure you check it! Last few times I have taken my kiddo here for a special treat, if they are out of the munchkins or donuts you order, she will just throw whatever in the bag, hand it to you and shut the window. The will get annoyed when you sit there because she forgot the rest of your order. This has happened multiple times. Don’t just throw whatever in the bag. Ask people and offer an alternative. People don’t want to waste their money on something they don’t like let alone didn’t order!

It was in the middle of the afternoon, and they only had a few Donuts left. And they just had them sitting on top of the counter not even in a display case. I wanted to try the chocolate caramel cold brew but they didn’t have any cold brew, so they had to use plain ice coffee. This was not Dunkin Donuts anywhere near their best. Not a great experience.

My friend ordered a strawberry donut and they gave her a chocolate donut. She got the dough and the bag got all the toppings. I’m really not sure how that even happened or why the donut was so warm in the store for that to happen.

This is quite literally the worst dunkin’ donuts around everytime I go they get something wrong. I just went and ordered two everything bagels extra toasted, got home opened the bags and my bagel was straight dough not cooked at all I went back to get them redone got two new bagels and the same thing happened. I was not going back for a third time and now i’m out $15. I have said multiple times I won’t go back but now I really am not I will drive the extra 5 mins to the clifton park dunkin’ donuts.

Why can’t DD make a hash brown that is crisp?! Who thought microwaving a stuck together clump is a good idea @ over $2 for 5 supposed medallions? Similarly toasting the bagel when requested shouldn’t be a challenge. Listen, I know it is DD, so expectations are relative, but this is your wheelhouse DD. Everyone should know the offerings ‘limitations’…but execution of what they SHOULD be is just that…execution excellence. I don’t think anyone ordering would be upset if the order takes 30 secs more if it came with an apology and an explanation that you simply wanted to ‘do it to expectation’! We still love you DD…juat tighten up the execution and empower managers to do it right…even if it means a redo or a minimal delay!

I don’t know why I bother coming here anymore. They are ALWAYS out of certain donuts. You’d think that after numerous complaints of them being out by 11am that they would ship in more. Nope. Today was was my last day give patronage to this location. Not only did you not make a sale being short on inventory, now you have lost all sales from our entire family which consists of drinks, sandwiches, and other menu items. Nice work Mechanicville.

We were visiting from out of town and stopped by the drive-thru with our friend. We ordered two medium hot chocolates and two small frozen hot chocolates. When we got to the front the lady took our card and then handed us two drinks and our card back. We waited for a second for our frozen drinks. When we asked about them she told us we did not order anything else and was very short with us. We asked to have them made and we would pay. She told us we had to drive back around order. The second time she hardly said a word. I understand people are short staffed, but there is no reason to be rude when there is a misunderstanding.
