People Suck
When I ordered a maple bacon sandwich, I didn’t ask for burnt bacon. I also asked for crispy bacon, but what I got was cold bacon. I asked a blue raspberry Coolatta, but when I got it, it was mostly liquid with a little bit of slush. Usually, their Coolattas are more slushy than liquid. Whoever did my order either grabbed the sandwich and bacon from an order that no one claimed out of pure laziness, or they really just don’t know how to heat nothing up period or do they’re job.

Every morning, I find myself at Dunkin’ Donuts, and each visit feels like a warm embrace. The familiar faces of the staff create a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The consistency of their team is impressive, as many of them seem to stay long-term, which speaks volumes about the environment they foster.
Frankie, the manager, truly goes above and beyond in ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. I’ve come to know many of the staff by name, and each one of them brings their own unique touch to the service. Although I can’t name everyone, I want to express my gratitude to all the staff members who work hard and take their jobs seriously.
Every visit leaves me with a smile, and I can confidently say that the dedication of the team makes this Dunkin’ Donuts stand out. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter. Even the man who I assume does the maintenance there, he drives the red truck at time. He even is a familiar face to see who is welcoming. Remember be kind.

I’m a regular at this Dunkin. I usually go in the mornings and the morning crew is just amazing. I love all of the morning crew. I always put a mobile order in and they always have it ready for me and done correctly. They’re always very nice to me and provide me with excellent service. This review is for the night crew. I have had several issues before with not getting items I had ordered and having my sandwich order done wrong. No biggie. I’m a department manager for a neighboring store so I understand. Customers stink sometimes, and working stinks sometimes. So I never complained, I just went about my day. But the other day I went around 2-3pm. When I got up to the window they left the window open. I overheard two of the workers talking about me. One said “oh it’s that girl from (where I work) again.” And the other proceeded to make a voice and said “oh hi I have a mobile order!” And they continued to talk about me. As a retail manager I don’t care if you talk crap about customers it’s going to happen. But at the least close the window or wait till close. Other customers can hear you. Which makes them think badly of your establishment. They don’t want you talking about them as soon as they walk away. Not to mention the gentleman that helped me forgot my donuts as usual. I said the usual “I’m sorry but I had donuts”, I don’t want to make your day worse I promise. I also work in the food and customer service industry. It sucks I know. But he rolled his eyes and stuffed my donuts in a bag and shoved them in my face. I said to have a good day and he refused to speak to me. Not sure what I did to deserve this treatment but I hope other customers are treated better.

I had a mobile order for iced latte, some donuts and an avocado bacon toast, they gave me the toast without the bacon and when I asked for the bacon they gave me crumbs that it looks like they pulled from the bottom of the oven.

No French Crullers equals sadness.
Had a bit of a craving for some doughnuts lately so I made it a plan to pick up a box for my Friday cheat day, and I know Dunkin wants to forget it ever sold doughnuts for some weird reason but they’ll never be a Starbucks with their coffee as it is.
Ended up going with a couple Blueberry, a Pumpkin, an Apple Cider, a Pink Frosted, and a White Frosted with Sprinkles. Also tacked on a Blueberry and a Coffee Cake Muffin, coming to a little under $20. Not too shabby.
Normally I reheat any doughnut I get from DD, the secret to making them taste amazing, but I wanted to see just how they were as-is to give the full review as most won’t be packing a toaster oven in their car. Turns out, pretty dry. The Cider, Pumpkin and Blueberry doughnuts were all so dry. The frosted ones were better, but only because they are made with a different kind of dough that just goes more stale than dry.
So next time I won’t skip the reheat. Which for anyone who wants to know, just preheat an oven to 350, pop the doughnuts in for about 5 minutes, and then let them cool for another 5 to 10. Blam! Instantly better. Considering most DD branches won’t make any new batches throughout the day, what you get at 4:00PM is the same stuff you could have bought at 9:00AM.
Still, while DD is not the same as I recall, and they had no French Crullers, my favorite of any of Dunkin’s doughnuts, it wasn’t half-way bad. I’d still come here for a good doughnut if I were in the mood, because there’s no way I’d drive all the way to Albany just for Cider Belly or to Saratoga for the horrible Darling Doughnuts. Ugh. No, DD will do just fine.

I put in a mobile order about 30 minutes before I got there. The line was slammed and it took me almost an hour to reach the window for them not even to have my order prepared. It was ridiculously slow and the guy at the window was clueless. If you’re looking for a quick stop don’t go to the Amsterdam dunkin.

I went to tho Dunkin 2 times when I left Amsterdam and the time was around 9:50pm both times and I went through the drive through and it said we are currently closed and I was really looking forward to a coffee so I don’t know if y’all like to close 10 minutes early or something but if google maps says that you close at 10 then y’all close at 20 not 9:50 not 9:55 10 that’s when you close is 10 o clock so Dunkin please fix this problem

Store was clean, drinks were tasty, but the staff was very immature and talking/joking around very loudly behind the counter. Cashier refused to take our change because she had “already rung it in”. She, then, dropped out change in front of us on the counter. One of our drinks was called out, while the other sat behind the counter. I had to wait for one of the other workers to come around to get my drink. The employees’ conversations behind the counter verged on inappropriate.

Ever waited 30 mins in a drive thru for a dunkin order? You will here. The line is forever long, the parking lot is a disaster, once you’re in the lot and stuck at the drive thru lane which is a single lane and ALWAYS BACKED UP, there’s no getting back out. You are trapped in this nightmare..they are forever slow. Awwwwful.
