Disgusting how this business has only one person working at 6:30 AM with a line going out the door and people frustrated. Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to be a place where it’s fast paced you’re in and you’re out next customer. I’m not only writing this review on Google. I’m also reaching out to corporate because that’s very unacceptable to have one employee in a busy area at a busy time with a line at the door working by themselves minimum. The store should have always two people you’re at a high traffic location. That’s so sad

Store is never opened on time in the morning. I have made several mobile orders for shortly after opening and nobody was there. I have contacted the store, corporate and every number I can find, and have not been issued any refunds. Avoid this location.

This place sucks they don’t have any donuts like the frosted ones nothing at all just apple fritter donuts and jelly they never have other donuts the girls that work there seem lazy to me like they don’t care about anything. You need to change your workers because your losing customers I see people complaining about them not having any donuts. Were disappointed everytime we walk in. Btw the other day I went to one in wading river and they had all kinds of donuts and varieties the place was packed that’s how a Dunkin should look like. This one here in Hampton bays has nothing

I don’t come here often, but every time I have, I’ve never had any issues. The girls behind the counter are always very nice and accommodating, which makes each visit a pleasant experience.

One thing I am a little disappointed about is that they removed the Baskin-Robbins part of the Dunkin’, which I always thought was a nice addition. Also, I’ve noticed that it tends to get pretty hot inside, especially on warmer days. I understand it’s a smaller space with cooking equipment running, but it would be great if the AC could be a little stronger — not just for the customers, but for the hardworking staff as well.

Overall, it’s a good spot with friendly service, and I hope they continue to make small improvements for an even better experience.

The person taking my order must be from Jupiter because she had the audacity to accuse me of being a liar when I clearly ordered a small cup of milk for my hot beverage. I ordered a small cup with milk and she said “you didn’t say you wanted cup of milk” and I said “you better not be calling your customer a liar”. She clearly needs to be retrained on customer service and if she don’t straighten out her attitude, they need to fire her. I will never go here again.

I’ve gone there at least a half dozen times. I’m local. And I can tell you every single time,they screw up my order. Not 1x not 2x every time. The absolute worst place. Do yourself a favor a wait to get to the next DD.

The employees are not just rude, they are completely hostile. I’ve never seen anything like it.

We first came here to get a scoop of ice cream and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before one of the two employees decided to come over. The store was empty as it was 7pm. We asked if we could try a flavor, and the woman literally rolled her eyes at us and said they don’t really do that. I said, ‘oh, every ice cream parlor in the world offers a taste before you buy’, so she grudgingly gave us a taste but then angerly flung the plastic spoons in the trash when we handed them back. Lol!

We went back two days later, thinking it was a fluke. It wasnt! We ordered a box of Joe through the mobile app and accidentally ordered 2. She only had one box of coffee ready for our mobile pick up, so she knew it was a mistake but we paid for 2 boxes of Joe when we only received 1 box, and did not offer to make another even though we paid for it, and refused to credit the second box of coffee, and only gave us 8 creamers.

We asked if we could have more creamers but she said she would have to charge us. We order a box of Joe all the time in Philly and they give us an entire bag of creamers because there’s 10 cups of coffee in a Box of Joe. She also wouldn’t credit the extra box of Joe. So we paid for 2 boxes of coffee and only received 1, and only 8 creamers. I’m going to file a complaint with Dunkin’ Corporate.

I very kindly asked the younger hispanic girl with glasses to remake my coffee because it was too sweet and had too much milk. Her response was rude and she was clearly annoyed I asked her to remake it. It was an easy order- small iced coffee with almond milk and sugar. Just would appreciate to not feel like a burden over something small, and I asked very nicely.
