NO MORALS. My son went to this Dunkin Donuts today and ordered 2 Matcha’s, one for him and one for his friend. He asked the lady at the counter to put the drinks in their shaker cup because they had to ride their bikes home. He asked for a cup of ice to be put in one of the plastic cups that comes with the drink. The Dunkin Donuts lady named Cristela decided to take advantage of him by charging him $1 extra for ice. The drinks are suppose to come with a cup each and ice anyway. He left there with 2 empty cups, one of the 2 cups had ice in it and was charged $1 for absolutely no reason besides Cristela’s need to rip off a kid.
Then when I called to ask about it, they hung up the phone on me. When I went in person to confront them, she told me “get out of here”. The point is not the $1, it’s the concept that this Dunkin Donuts lady Cristela’s unprofessional attitude and dishonest actions of taking advantage of a minor that didn’t know better. Perhaps it made her day knowing she actually had the power of making $1 more for Dunkin Donuts by ripping off a kid. Either way, I hope management reads this and properly addresses this $1 thief Cristela.

This was the second Dunkin we came to after having such a poor experience at the other one near here. The difference between them was night and day. Here, they wanted to help and were very friendly. Plus, they made a very good latte. Avoid that 24 hour one, this one is 1 mile away and way better.

I spent THIRTY DOLLARS on a box of hot cocoa which I was bringing to my son’s holiday party at his elementary school. The box of cocoa came with 10 cups. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have 8 more small cups. She looked at me in complete shock and disbelief as though I had just asked for her first born. She then told me that they had no more cups and were waiting for a cup delivery. I explained that it was for a kids holiday party and there are 18 kids in the class, hence the need for 18 cups. She stood firm on her claim that they were out of cups (even though I’m watching the staff make drinks behind the counter and put them in…cups!). When she realized how ridiculous her response was, she changed her tune and said that they are only permitted to give out 10 cups with a box of joe. So I left and had to go to another store to buy cups and was late for the party. I’m sure the cocoa got cold as well. I will never go back to this store.

This Location is horrendous. No customers are in the store and new girl is yelling and complaining about working and on cellphone while making drinks. I guess that’s why I was given a Small when I paid for a Large. Very Rough job. 1068 Old Country Road much better and faster when you’re late to work

Placed a mobile order and prepaid, I was not contacted to be told my order could not be made. I was refused a refund and told my only option was to get a different drink. The cashier could also not give me a working customer service number or do anything else to attempt to rectify the situation.

I went there for a Ice cream cake and was hoping for a little help from their staff, since it was a themed party and cake needed. Sales staff was more interested in talking to each other and using their cell phones. The cake did turn out OK when I picked it up 2 days later. The staff that day was not aware that there was a special order to be picked up. I made them look for it. They did finally find it. And, it was delicious and really pretty. The reason I gave them a 4th star was their coffee prices there are better than many other area Dunkin locations.
