***Store was newly renovated for first quarter of 2024, but almost everything else about this location is the same (service, etc). Also, floor mat near the counter was not fitting/placed properly, causing it to curl up at the corner, which can be a potential trip hazard for customers. The new floor center display with merchandise/products is placed too close to the pick-up counter and it has one side that protrudes out at the lower section (about shin/ankle height), which I almost tripped and fell over on. New store layout/design is good with an open and brighter look.***

Typical Dunkin coffee, donuts, etc. Service can vary. Like that this location is open 24/7 (restaurant/store closes after specific time, but the drive through is open 24/7). The traffic light to exit the lot can take very long to change and sometimes it never changes to green, even as traffic for the other sides changes. It’s also a “No turn on red” light.

The drive thru need fixing..waiting 10 minutes or more in a drive thru is crazy. The service overall significantly slow and management need to pay attention to that aspect part of the business. PS I encounter this type of service for my past 10 visit and this is my last.

Great location however some of the employees don’t even know how to say good morning and even when you order a head quite often the order is not ready when you get there. The new drive through menu is extremely bright , Almost Blinding !

Chris S is the worst manager i had to ask for money back. Never coming to this dunking donuts again. Terrible customer service and I never experienced something like this at this place before its a real shame. He told me I parked too far away to hand me my drink and his employees were rude over the intercom for ordering.

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkins for chocolate glazed munchkins and this one has the BEST! Every munchkin was actually glazed. My spark’d energy was made perfectly. I wish I could go to this location whenever I want, but it’s out of my way.
