I love this Dunkin’ I’ve been coming here for years. I just moved to another town and I still always come here when I can. The staff is my favorite & the manager is so nice! They also just updated the inside and it looks sleek!

$4 for a medium coffee that tastes like boiled water. I recently visited a different DD. The coffee was delicious. I came to this one hoping for the same. Negative. Don’t even waste your money. Plus this place is not easily accessible. It’s located on a main road. You have to dodge so many cars just to get out the mini lot. It would’ve been worth it if the coffee was good. But for boiled water with milk? Nah. Go down the block. It’s a total shame. I work around the corner. I was hoping this place would be great. SMH

Great place to go for a quick treat. Most of the servers are very pleasant, one even gave us a few extra donuts for free one night. Lots of great ice cream and sorbet choices on the Baskin side as well, and the staff always fills the cup the right way. Generally clean place with plenty of parking around the front, back and side lots. Nice area as well just a few feet from the train station. Plan to keep returning!

Love this place! It’s one of the few coffee places near Stony Brook campus that’s open 24/7! The staff is friendly, prices are fair and wait time is phenomenally low. Place is usually clean and can accommodate big groups. As for the menu, they serve all the standard DD items. Parking is available in the front and the back of the restaurant.

The staff was not friendly.The donuts were not fresh and the gentleman that actually helped me just did a service.He was not kind or pleasant. The lady that was there with him was the same. I don’t think I’ll be going to that particular location again.

We stopped in for ice cream in the early evening a few months back. The ice cream was ok but a limited selection of scoop flavors compared to some other locations. My child was interested in the character/animal kids sundaes that they had signs for. They didn’t have the supplies to make it so we ordered something else that my child ended up liking.
We were a little uncomfortable while we were in the store once we noticed that it appeared that there was someone loitering in the front, left hand corner at one of the seats against the front window counter. Wouldn’t return based on the perceived loiterer.

This establishment clearly doesn’t care about the wellbeing of customers considering the obnoxiously rude man who answered the phone. When asked a simple question, the man quickly replied with, “No.” and proceeded to hang up. The man was breathing heavily and sounded intoxicated while working which leads me to believe that proper etiquette and sobriety standards while working aren’t behind upheld.

This place was great pre covid and the management was really good. However recently there is a new management and its really bad. They are careless. I went to get sandwich in the morning and they did not remove the paper from the cheese! I literally had paper slices in my sandwich!!
