The staff here is truly wonderful , consistently friendly and kind. I visit almost every morning. My only concern pertains to the restroom facilities. They do not appear to be as clean as the rest of the establishment. On each occasion I have used the restroom, I have noticed flies , and the toilet paper is rarely in the dispenser, often resting on the metal handle instead. There was even one instance where I found the toilet paper on the floor .
I would greatly appreciate it if the toilet paper could be placed in the dispenser. Finding it on the floor and then having to use it is quite unhygienic . If this particular issue could be addressed, I believe this Dunkin’ Donuts would be absolutely fantastic.

I had order multiple times from uber to have my order delivered and they constantly make my drink wrong and it’s a simple drink frozen matcha how hard is that to make when it’s something they offer yet they send a ice matcha disappointed as you can see in photo nothing is frozen about this drink

I want to start off by saying that this is not my typical Dunkin. But it is the closest one to my house, and there are occasions where I come here instead of going out of my way to the location that I love. I can confidently say that every single coffee I have ever ordered from this location is incorrect. And I know it’s not the way I say it, because my other Dunkin gets it correct every time. I say good morning to the people at the window, and they never respond back.

I stood for over 5 minutes waiting to be served.It was not busy !! Employees more concerned with drive thru then in store customers. Will bring my business elsewhere. Plenty of other Dunkin’ Donuts who care about the customer.

It takes forever to grt your order. The staff is rude and makes you wait even though there are four people doing nothing. You ask to use the bathroom and are always told someone is in there. They say this every single time you come here. Id rather go to another dunkin that doesnt have these issues

A good great pitstop for breakfast on go. A good assortment of breakfast sandwiches coffee galore, healthy choice drinks and all the donuts you could imagine.
Great service at this new facility, even though their often very busy. If you have the time eat in, or even sit at the outside tables with good views.

Went here last night with my bf and got apple pies, went to eat one today and found flies stuck in the apple filling. I been here multiple times and have noticed the files all over with no attempt to get them gone. This was a final straw.

Go here just about everyday. We always have items missing or messed up like in these pictures. The pictures are from today, just 5 mins ago after we ordered the wake up wraps. Just thrown together and tasted burnt.

Got my iced coffee but it tasted like iced tea with sugar and caramel. Really bad drink but i went back and asked if they could remake it, and i got a new drink that was way better ! Overall not too bad
