The place is always immaculate. The staff is always friendly and kind. I’ve yet to get a cup of coffee that wasn’t delicious. Biggest frustration is how customers position themselves at the drive thru. They are either out into traffic or pulled in blocking the entire driveway stopping from those trying to go inside.

This is a review of Baskin Robbins inside dunkin. Employees are extremely slow, especially at night. They are constantly out of ice cream, and down to very little flavors from what used to be. Replaced with a lame coffee bar nobody cares about.

Went in at 6:30am to place an order of donuts, was the only person in the store, mid- order a boy walks in, the employee helping me gets distracted and starts giving him free food and helping him before I can even finish placing my order. The entire time they were filling my order they couldn’t remember anything because got so distracted. It took 15 mins being the only person there and made me run close to late to where I needed to be. Makes me feel like a valueless customer the person behind me gets helped first and free food because I’m not a boy

Terrible service at the drive through the owner admitted the woman doesn’t belong at the window ??? Overcharged me once by a buck let it slide than waited on a ridiculously long drive through line after paying to discover oh our latte machines broken !!! Well my time is worth more than the free coffee they offered me and doesn’t even equal value of a latte with oat milk which they charge ,80 cents extra for !!! Goodbye lost a few customers bye now !!

I always buy coffee at this place every morning, and I really like the way they serve. Specifically Julia, she is very friendly and a fast worker. I always see her working very hard and clean. You can tell she likes what she does and that’s very good wish her the best. I wish everyone was like her at every dunkin. Great experience and good service every morning. 10/10
