Long story short, ordered a birthday cake for my son here and it was a sheet cake with a customized picture on it. I did it and paid on the app and it was simple. I wish that there were more options for just ice cream cake (either cake options with ice cream options or the signature chocolate and vanilla fudge crunch cakes for customized cakes at least, they do have lots of others with different flavors but not the ones he wanted). Anyways, the morning of my cake order (5pm pick up), I got a call from Baskin Robbins and it was a very kind and concerned staff member who said she was doing my order and there was a slight issue with the quality of the picture. I panicked but she reassured me that she would make it perfect. She asked me to text her the picture and she would take care of it. She also asked about my red icing request and said it wouldn’t be a problem. I was so grateful for her caring demeanor and that she totally went out of her way to make it perfect for us! She did excellent. We, especially my son, loved the cake! She even followed up on us and I thanked her for her thoughtful and caring attitude. I highly recommend this location and will be back for future events for sure.

I am not sure what is going on. There is a woman working here by the name of Nicole. I am not sure why she is still working there. She is rude, offensive, and makes people nervous and uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager more than once, more than twice; it doesn’t seem to matter that we, as a community, stop there daily and are harassed and made to feel uncomfortable. This establishment thrives on the community, so at the very least, this woman should be evaluated and retrained

If I could I’d give 0 stars due to the way the manager handles her employees. She is extremely unprofessional. Even when told that I have a disability and that the employee that was giving me issues and was clearly instigating the situation. I had to ask the manager to ask her employee to stop speaking over me as I was trying to solve the issue. I also had to repeatedly say that I felt I was being harassed after the employee was becoming hostil. It wasn’t until I said that I was going to contact the police and write a review online that they gave me a discount. The problem with the employee continued even as the manager was fixing the issue. Never have I ever encountered such rude employee’s and manager at any retail place. The manager had no control over anything and did nothing unless told to. I find it disgusting that people with disabilities get treated like garbage at this location.

Ordered a cake there with two days notice for an event, made sure they had my phone number correct in case there was any issues. The person who took my order wrote that I didn’t care the color frosting, just that it was for a boy which was what I had said. The person my order went to didn’t complete it because there wasn’t a color written and didn’t ask anyone to call me. The girls at the store were excellent giving me a larger cake and writing what I wanted, however they didn’t have the flavor choices I selected. Management needs to step it up.

Dunkin’ Donuts in Rocky Point consistently serves up fantastic coffee! It’s rich, flavorful, and the perfect pick-me-up. Their friendly staff and quick service make each visit a pleasure. Five stars for consistently great coffee!

If I could give zero stars I would…there is a problem with this location. The workers always seem stressed and under-trained, the capable and friendly employees always end up leaving, and there are very few times where I’ve come in and my food order and drink order were correct. I’ve been going to this location for over a year, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. I just picked up my order, and my hash brows tasted like cleaning solution, and my drink was wrong. I don’t blame the employees, I definitely blame the management and corporate. How is the Dunkins’ in Miller Place excellent and this one is so awful?
