I ordered these Valentine’s day Cupid Donuts as a gift for my sister , brother-in-law and my nephews. I’m not sure if it got to their door. It was a delivery by Doordash. This location gets 5 stars for “Good customer service” and “answering their phone” ! Plus they had half dozen Cupid donuts available on Valentine’s Day! I called several DD to make sure they had the Cupid Donut, but many had phones go to a Voicemail access code or the numbers were disconnected. The young woman on phone was nice. She told me they had 3 heart shaped type donuts , and I didn’t know this. They had a Brownie one, Bavarian cream, and another kind. Great customer service, with no problem! She put a quick note to put on the box for me and photo! I posted the photo on here. Today a man answered on Saturday who also is helping me in another order for the Valentine’s Cupid Donuts! Thank You:)

l love this location. They’re the only dunkin who are always consistent and my drink always tastes how I want it to. I get the same latte order at other locations and it tastes different each time which is annoying because I cant always go to this location. They make their drinks very good I recommend.

Dark haired manager has an arrogant temper.
I walked in, I placed an order with a woman behind the counter who proceeded to prepare the items and suddenly the manager intercepted the oder. He looked me straight in the eye with finger console said in the most rude condescending tone “what do you want?”
Do you know when you can’t believe this is happening?
“What ran through my mind is I need to repeat myself or what’s his problem? I was so taken his attitude as if he was doing me a favor!
She’s got the order correctly and because of his need to be a tyrant caused her to rethink herself. She was doing her job, it was his job to take money. Okay maybe he needed to verify that the order was correct but that isn’t any excuse for speaking advertently rude to a customer. Mind you there were no barriers in communication. He understood well enough. In Trying to figure out why is this man dictating to me i decided to leave and cancel the order. The only thing I could think of he got pissed off she started to prepare before I received the bill. Whatever was going between them had nothing to do with me but no fool. I said nope not me , you have no right to speak to me this way. So I headed toward the door.
But before leaving I asked him his name . his response was ,” it doesn’t matter “! I thought to myself It doesn’t matter a paying client is calling you out and walking out and I don’t matter?”
I told him his attitude and behavior was absolutely unacceptable ,unwarranted and unprofessional, but it doesn’t matter! Our patronage doesn’t matter! Shame on you Dunkin Donuts. I will never go back, what a turn off.

I’ve been to many DD’s in the past and this location by far has the BEST donuts. They always taste fresh. I’ve always settled for mediocre donuts from dunkin, assuming that “thats how it was.” I’m so glad to have found a location that takes the time to put out good stuff. I shall be back!

Nipu is awesome and the rest of the staff are all amazing !! I go in at least 5 times a week and he’s always smiling and they remember what everyone wants and my usual vanilla cream is always fresh❤️. If you are ever in the area drop and tell them I said hi !

don’t go there! I got an iced matcha latte with an oat milk because im a lactose free and they made it with a regular milk. like I paid extra for the milk and got sick in my stomach it. I tried to call them but their phone was out of service. definitely won’t go there again.

Dunkin is always a disappointment. No matter what time of day I go the donuts seem stale, very dry, and VERY little bit of filling. There is so much competition I would think they would IMPROVE their overall quality.

They have great service , always nice when you go in. The donuts are always fresh no matter when you go. We go out of our way to go here instead of the one closer to home.
