The coffee is always good but if you don’t order 15-20 minutes in advance, you’ll be waiting for quite a while for your coffee. Many other locations I’ve been to I order and 5 minutes later I get there it’s ready. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a coffee before. That’s crazy. I live 12 minutes away I’ll order when I leave my house at 7:30am and get there around 7:45 they haven’t even started making it yet.

Terrible service. Ordered on the mobile app and then the manager was handing me a receipt without my food. When they handed my food they messed up my sandwich. I asked them to fix it and when they called me to come and get it the sandwich wasn’t even ready yet.

This is the WORST dunkin’ donuts I have ever sadly have been too. The staff and the manager is extremely rude and degrading and inappropriate. They speak extremely unkind to their customers and ask them about they’re personal business and comment on their appearances.
