My son wanted Dunkin for breakfast for his 10th birthday and treat his sisters as well. I took them to this location to try it out. The employees were very overwhelmed with our order (there were only 2 other people in when we got there, so, not too busy) and eventhough they repeated my order many times, they messed it up anyway. On to the next location until I find one that gets our large order right.

Do not go here! GO TO the DUNKIN BY WINGSTOP! Never in my life have I ever experienced a Dunkin so bad. I just moved to the area and not only do the drinks suck but the workers are extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fast service very relaxed professional crew within the 2 hours I was taking care of school and paperwork the service I got to witness was 10/10 lobby was routinely cleaned and everyone was treated with respect. If you are a ev owner chargers are within 300ft from the building

Just this weekend, my crew was working on road repair on Ritter ave because it leads into the stores in Carman Plaza and it’s very busy. We had traffic control and were laying down 25 tons of asphalt.
It was cold and it was 9:00 am when I walked inside for a “Box of Joe” at $27.00
There were three customers in front of me, so I asked one of the employees to unlock the bathroom door in the meantime. He was cleaning off a display 6 feet away.
His answer was, “bathroom is for customers only.” The assumption was rude. I pulled up in an official vehicle and was dressed in uniform, so why the assumption?
Again, I asked politely, if he could open the bathroom door for me and then I was going to the counter for my order.
He said, “the bathroom is for customers only”
Is this necessary?
I said, “I am a customer, there are people on line, I need the bathroom now while I wait.”
He told me, “…after you buy something, they will give you the key”
So, I approached the counter, the young lady behind the counter already had the key in hand and gave it to me, without the rude attitude of this person. She must have understood his rudeness.
I was quick in the bathroom, and there was no soap to wash my hands, by the way, I returned the key, looked at this character who was glancing at me, and thought to myself, “why should I give this place my business?”
So, you can all do what you like, but this was the same place that closed their bathrooms during Covid, and two years later had a sign on the bathroom that said “broken”. Then, I watched an employee walk in and use it.
Bottom line, I was mistreated twice here by miserable people.

The people who work here are extremely rude and don’t know how to make coffees. Some staff are especially rude and have attitudes towards customers. One of my colleagues was mocked after she gave her order. Extremely unprofessional. Every time I come here my coffee takes like water downed sewer water. Please teach them how to make a proper coffee.

Went into this Dunkin’ Donuts after a long drive to get some coffee, hot chocolate and donuts. I had to try to get her attention, even though there was no other customer there. We have a 10 year old and a baby. The 10 year old asked to use the bathroom and was told that the lock was broken. After placing my order, I asked for some hot water for the baby’s milk that got cold and she was fussy. This lady told me that I would have to pay for the half cup of hot water. I go to Dunkin all the time, almost every work day and on weekends and have asked for an extra cup of ice once in awhile, and have never had to pay extra. This was the worst one I’ve been to, as the lady was rude with no empathy to a little boy who needed to use the bathroom.

I ordered a latte for curbside pickup because I had my sleeping, sick baby in the car (we had just come from urgent care). I waited outside for 30min while I saw new customers coming in and out. I called, they said “When it’s ready we will bring it”. We’re talking about one drink! After 35 min I went in to cancel my order.
