I get Dunkin a few times a months and this particular place was the most DISGUSTING decaf coffee I’ve ever had. I instantly threw it out. I was here during commuting hours too. Bathrooms have also never been cleaned.

Nice location. Pretty big, with plenty of table to sit at. Clean store. Adequate number of employees. I experienced quick service. Coffee was hot and doughnuts were fresh. Plenty of parking in the free lot out front. Very relaxed atmosphere inside. CVS right next door.

The Best local Dunkin Donuts, and I’ve been to them all. Clean store. Consistent cup of coffee. I wish all DND franchises were like this one. Check it out if you can, you’ll see the difference. Very friendly and kind staff.

Don’t understand how they ALWAYS get orders WRONG! Noone in the store come in order ONE coffe large light with cream and it’s ALWAYS WRONG it has milk and sugar those words were never uttered from my mouth it doesn’t happen once in awhile most of the time it’s wrong. I can walk to this location but now drive to the Dunkin Donuts on Hicksville Road in Massapequa and guess what they get it right every time. It’s not that difficult large coffee light with cream!

After spending almost thirty dollars here I dropped my Halloween bucket of 50 munchkins on the floor immediately after buying it. The 15 year old girl behind the counter said she would have to charge me again if I wanted it refilled. Wow. You people are despicable.

Dunkin is dunkin so won’t leave poor food review. For this location just order 15 mins ahead of time. This location is slow and not the cleanest. I’ve tried 3 times and have walked out without my food all 3 times, because they are having full blown conversations (which is fine) with a list of people just waiting. Sticking to the one by my house.

Staff is always friendly, and always fast. Never in a bad mood, no matter what time of day I go in. They also have a habit of throwing in an extra munchkin or two when my kids are with me. I ordered custom letter donuts one time and they came out perfect and exactly on time. Cheaper than a bakery for the custom order. I go to a lot of Dunkin’ on LI and this is my favorite.
