I dont know how long that coffee was sitting but it was disgusting. I have dunkin coffee every morning, but never going to this location again. Threw the coffee out. It was garbage.

I tried to order $6 deal without the bacon, a lady told me that she cannot modify the order or even not add bacon while making the sandwich. I have to take it the way it is shown in the menu. The other Dunkins always do it for anybody. I have seen several customers getting it without bacon.

Girl with red hair at the window was such a rude person when they cut me off while ordering to tell me the price. I asked for my last food item and she rolled her eyes at me. What can you expect from a Dunkin in Lindy I guess.

I was given the wrong food, I went inside to get the correct order and the lady in the front raised her voice at me and wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange the order. I had to threaten to contact someone higher in order to get the correct service. I was embarrassed and I will never visit this Dunkin’ again

Every time I go to this location I get an old muffin. Sometimes I wait months to go back and it’s still old to the point I can’t eat it. I have said something a few times to the employees now I choose not to go back I enjoy the muffin, but unfortunately this matter continues to exist. This is very disappointing.

They always forget something or don’t have it in stock! Asked for an avocado pesto melted cheese sandwich , let’s just say it wasn’t melted and when I asked them why, they said I had to ask….ask for what? To be melted? Is that a trick question!

You have to ask them to put extra whipped cream sometimes as I’m not sure why they put only a little in.

Very very slow. Ive been coming here every Sunday morning and it takes forever to get my order. There’s only 2 people working here and the staff doesn’t seem to care much at all. They don’t seem happy either.
