Every time I go to that location I always order the same coffee, caramel coffee iced and it actually tasted like water with caramel, really bad compared to other locations. Today I asked to please make it again and i received an attitude. Also, the plain bagel had so much cream that it was impossible to eat it; that’s understandable, but the coffee impossible to drink only water and sugar If it is the machine that produces it like this, check and test what they are selling first. I hope this gets addressed because it’s a good location to me. Thank you!

Came in this morning for a coffee that I ordered from the app. Got there and no one in sight. Door was open. Machine was ringing from my order that had not been started yet because the girl was in the back somewhere and didn’t realize or just didn’t care to start the order. She comes out with a attitude like I’m bothering her. No greeting. No good morning. Not a word. Just started making the coffee as I’m just standing there. i get my coffee and leave. This was at 5:30am. The older guy that’s usually there is pretty nice and always greet me upon arrival and when I do order online it’s ready. Not today with her there.

This dunkin is my go too and i love it so much. Its always open and easy to walk there. Love how it has perfect service. I really recommend the oreo milkshake! Super flavorful and creamy.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and for some reason they always get the order wrong! I work in the industry and they’re job is to read an order and build as ordered, it’s a very simple concept and the fact that you always get it wrong means your management must be non existent. Thank god a new DD opened on Montauk Hwy.

I don’t know what happened to their old morning crew but this place has fallen off a cliff the last month. my mobile order was always ready and right. Just constant disappointment lately. Getting the complete wrong order or it’s not ready for mobile pick up. A plain bagel with cream cheese for example. Picking a different location on my morning commute.

I had ordered through Uber eats. The bagel was hard as a rock. You can cause some serious damage if you throw it at someone. So it is usable in that way but definitely not edible unless you want to break your teeth. Next time use fresh bagels and don’t just toast a 3 day old one to cover up for the lack of freshness
