I ordered pumpkin spice of coffee. N pumpkin spiceno 5 creams and 5 pumps. I was given coffee.that was disgusting and I had to find sugar and milk. I was given mocha.
I did not go back back I was on my way to the city.

I used to be a regular at this location, coming almost every day before work, but I just can’t justify the customer service anymore. This morning (Wednesday around 9:30 AM), a drive-through employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left a bad impression. On top of that, the iced coffee here is inconsistent and never tastes the same. At this point, I’d rather pay a little more at a local spot like Café Inn close by or Starbucks where I know I’ll always get a quality drink and friendly service.

Standard Dunkin’ Donuts . Super busy but in a key location. Lot of traffic but a lot of staffing so service is still good. Parking is miserable due to configuration and size of lot, access points to the road, and drive thru line logistics.
Still if you need Dunkin I’d recommend drive thru experience to avoid the pain of parking.

this is a great shot very very clean. Probably the cleanest I seen anywhere on the island people all nice very personable. The best part is that it’s very very clean. Fresh food good ice cream are quick in and out Service and great drive-through always been that way.

Service was not so good, they made my drink wrong, when I reminded them twice in the drive thru how many flavor shots I wanted. Then proceeded to show me attitude because the drink wasn’t correct, my iced latte was very dark, and they claimed it was dark due to the “almond milk.” I had to go inside to have it remade correctly. If I wasn’t shown attitude, it wouldn’t have been an issue.

I’ve been to this location twice, both times my order was incorrect. The first was via the drive thru, I waited about 5 min at the window while the employees were screaming laughing and carrying on, and they gave me the wrong beverage, second time i walked in, I asked (and was charged) for a large, but was given a medium and again it was incorrectly made. Both visits have been within the last 7 days (I’m not the type to make a scene or belittle an employee, I just took my order and left.)

All it takes is one person with an attitude to lose a customer. I’m at the drive thru this morning and as I go to confirm my order because I didn’t hear the young lady; I got a response with an attitude back. The way someone responds can change a person’s whole morning therefore, I encourage management to select the right individuals during peak times. Will not go back because of that one thing. Do better.
