If I can give a cero start I would, I ordered an iced caramel latte with regular espresso and they send me milk and ice. The girl who picked up for me said she asked the lady why there’s not coffee in the drink and the lady was rude to her and did not bother to verify order.

Walked in with a 5 year old and ordered a couple of sandwiches. When I got my coffee I noticed it wasn’t too sweet so I asked for a splash of caramel. The lady behind the counter immediately started being nasty. And blew me off with a hand motion. So disappointing and disrespectful. If I come into a business to spend my hard earned money I want to be treated fairly. The other workers seen the incident but wouldn’t share her name and that is unacceptable. I’ve been coming here since high school but I won’t be back.

Customer Service is dead. The order man working as a cashier is a miserable employee who has zero manners, his hands are extremely dirty and speaks down to customers. He was unprofessional to the lady infront of me and was rude to me. I will not be returning to this location.

This place is NASTY. Noticed that there were probably hundreds of flies by the bagel bites/muffin trays after the attendant toasted and packaged my order. He did not seem to be phased by it and I don’t think he intended on throwing all of the trays out after I left.
Will not return to this location and will scan other stores before placing my order.

I had such a craving for Dunkin’ Donuts, I drove out of my way en route home from work, only to be highly disappointed by the state of this DD. Absolutely NO donuts to choose from, and what ever they did have….. stale AF. Imagine my dismay when I arrived home, ready to enjoy my slim selection….. 🙁 never going by this store again. Saddest DD ever!

I went in to grab some donuts for a work meeting. I paid with my company card therefore I needed a copy of the receipt. I asked the man at the counter for a receipt and he annoyingly slammed down his coffee pot and began to dig through the garbage can for my receipt. After opening multiple crumbled receipts that werent mine he started yelling saying I needed to tell him before ordering. I was beyond confused because the receipt prints on the customer side so he reached over to take it and throw it away while I was picking out the donuts I wanted. To make sure I didn’t miss anything I asked if he was mad at me because HE threw out MY receipt and he screamed YES! YOU NEED TO TELL ME AT THE BEGINNING WHEN YOU ORDER!
This place has gotten really bad. Service, food and people. This miserable man named Farooq should not be serving customers. Go to a different dunkin or better yet hit up the new Starbucks up the road where they will appreciate you spending money with them. I will never shop here again.

Coffee ordered was not the right flavor.
Additional donut were not included in the bag Eventho I ordered it several times to the cashier.
Hard of hearing I guessed.
I just walked out disappointed, this morning.
Went to park near by and had to throw away the coffee into trash can .
