This dunkin is small and gets crowded on the weekends when the soccer fields are open but every time we go, the service is always great and very clean. The two ladies at the register are always pleasant. one time, they made a mistake on the coffee order, remade the coffee and gifted me the first one.

I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts in Jamesport. Since I work at the Turtle Rescue of The Hamptons down the block -I get a caramel macchiato and they make it so delicious. It is so much better than Starbucks and so much cheaper.

Love DD coffee, always fresh and delicious, the staff at this location in particular is just lovely! Big smiles when they take your order, the coffee comes out perfect each time and quick! I’m in and out and on my way to work enjoying every sip. Fresh bagels with butter or cream cheese, fresh Donuts of course! The place is nice and clean, the location is perfect right on the service road of the LIE Westbound. I have to mention the staff one more time, they are just so wonderful, really sets the tone of your day to have them be so pleasant! Would recommend this location to anyone needing their coffee fix!

I went in and asked for a mixed box of 24 munchkins….. my grandkids opened the box and of 4 flavours, there was One, just One jelly! It literally had a dot of jelly on it which was more like it touched a jelly donut. .. I saw in the glass case that there was a tray of jelly munchkins! that’s so wrong!

Even though it is small they have it clean in there. They do get busy so I can see maybe that’s how they make small mistakes. My drink order was messed up and I know they charge extra for non dairy but a $1 is a bit insane.

Gave me a stale piece of avocado toast this morning. It was so hard! I had to throw it out! I keep coming back after they make mistakes and I try to give them another chance here and there but today was just the last time. The people here are nice but the quality of work is just so slow. There is a whole team back there and I just don’t understand how they can always just mess things up. My toast is completely stale today. Other times my coffee would come out late or they would forget an item and I would have to remind them. People have lives, people have work to catch. I don’t have time to wait an extra 20 mins if I ordered ahead of time! It makes no sense.

I always leave this Dunkin’ with a smile on my face. I come here almost every morning and sometimes at night as it’s right near my house and am always more than satisfied. My order is always correct and tastes amazing and the food is always warm and fresh . The staff is always welcoming and friendly and you can tell that they really care about the customers experience. I’ve never seen an employee here that isn’t smiling and cheerful. Other locations need to take notes and be more like this one!
