I ordered custom donuts and an ice cream cake from this location and from time of order the customer service was fabulous. When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. Donuts were super fresh and ice cream cake was delicious on top of looking great! Just what I wanted!

I was standing near the register to order my ice cream so I was standing there for a long time they told me you have to stand where the donuts are that’s where the line is, they laughed at me. The servers were very rude to me. They should get better training on how to treat people, They didn’t follow my instructions on what I wanted in it.

I ordered a regular coffee with almond milk and two bites of egg and bacon. The girls’ quality service was very bad.
The coffee came after 15 minutes, and it wasn’t hot. Maybe because I tip them $2. I think owners should pay them well and leave the customers alone of you have to raise your prices is ok. I go to these places less and less. There are better options.

I made the mistake of standing near the register to order my ice cream shake and they said after I was standing there for a long time you have to stand where the donuts are that’s where the line is, they laughed at me the sign was unclear with the arrows, sign did not point the right way. The servers were very rude to me. I am a senior and they did not treat me with respect . They should get better training on how to treat people, they just laughted and under their breath they said you shouldn’t be eating that stuff. I’ve ordered Shakes before here and this was the worst one I have gotten. They didn’t follow my instructions on what I wanted in it.

the girl with the purple hair should be fired. i watched her make my 2 coffees wrong then when i asked her to please give me the flavor i paid for she told me “i made them so i know they’re right and if i want them fixed i have to pay for new coffee” im a regular customer and never have a problem when yogi or the nice owner makes it. this dunkin has lost my business bc of the girl with a purple hair doesn’t know proper respect for regular customers

The pregnant lady taking my order was so rude, rolling her eyes as I was placing my order. If you can’t control your mood while servicing a guest, then don’t work at a place like this! I’ve had good experiences at any other Dunkin place I’ve gone to, but this one is by far the worst one thanks to that lady!

If I can give zero star, I’ll. The front desk guy is so rude. I think he is manager. He is very aggressive, How can he be a manager, if he acts like that. We want to return the candle, he wouldn’t allow us to return, ridiculous. Last time visit this place, how can he treat customer like that? Rude attitude.
