I am very upset with BJ”s. I’m a loyal Costco member but I joined BJ’s because it gave me access to items that Costco didn’t have. I was very pleased because as a first responder they gave a substantial discount. Everything went wrong after the first year when they charged my Mastercard without my permission and at the full membership rate. Went to customer service with very disappointing results. I’ll never go back!
