I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this location.
I walked in with only two customers ahead of me, and the store was not busy at all. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment from the employee at the counter—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When it was the customer in front of me’s turn, the employee turned away to help another employee with a gift card, which is fine, but he never said anything like, “One moment please,” or offered any explanation. Basic courtesy was completely missing.
When it was finally my turn, the same thing happened again—he became distracted multiple times. Eventually, he simply nodded his head to signal he was ready. No “hello,” no “how can I help you,” nothing. The entire interaction felt rude and dismissive.
To make matters worse, he couldn’t even get my one-item drink order correct. Discovering that your coffee is wrong when you get home is incredibly frustrating. The drink tasted terrible and was clearly not what I ordered.
The receipt lists the employee as “Manager,” but I am 99% sure he is not actually the manager, especially given the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. There was also no name tag, so I couldn’t identify him.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I hope actual management reviews the security footage and uses this as a training opportunity. I expect much better from Dunkin’.

This dunkin stays consistently bad. Makes you wait forever, gets your orders wrong and when I go back to fix it they still get it wrong. One time I spilled coffee because the lid wasn’t put on properly and when they helped clean it up they made it seem like it was MY fault. Like it’s MY job to put lids on drinks when serving people. Trash.

This Dunkin location is just simply terrible! It doesn’t matter the time of day you go. Whether it’s busy or only you in there, prepare to wait an extended time for your order! I had to finally leave a review because I’m over it and others should know to! If you plan on placing a mobile order here, be sure to give them about 20-30minutes to actually get to your order. Pray that your drink is actually what you ordered and not some bland watered down version of the drink and missing it’s the quality. But this is not my first time dealing with this ridiculous wait time, this has happened to me every single time. Also, just like today, they always forget to do part of the order and then stare at me after I’ve remained standing at the to-go area waiting for another 5-10minutes, to ask if I’m waiting for something? I have to remind them that yes, I am indeed waiting on the other part of my order that you forgot! It’s not hard, it’s 6 donuts…you finally managed to make the drinks but forgot to pack the donuts that take less than a minute. People come here to grab and go, not wait their whole lunch break for one drink and a donut. You can see the atmosphere the moment you step into this location of customers always annoyed at the wait time and not getting what they order. The staff is ill-trained and cannot, and I repeat, CANNOT, MULTITASK!!! They need better training or new/more employees need to be brought onboard. This location used to be good, I guess owners changed, or something, and it went down into the dumps! Ask anyone that has been to this location over the years and they would tell you the exact same thing of the HUGE difference from the past workers and management, to the current employees.

This dunking donuts is the WORSE!!! They got a bunch of kids or family members making drinks and if by some miracle they make your drink the right away you need to go and play the lotto. And if you go back to return the drink prepare for a stare down like they wanna fight you. I’m never gonna go back there until they fire the entire staff.

The girl at the front was very nice! My experience inside the store was pleasant.
Please be careful taking your orders please! I asked for two hot coffees this morning one with sugar and one without. Being a diabetic the one without sugar was obviously for me. There was sugar in both. Although it was only a small taste, the sugar in the coffee caused a sugar spike, and I had to go home!
Please make sure your employees get their orders right because something like I just described could send someone to the hospital and that means trouble.This came after I told the girl up front I didn’t want sugar in one of my coffees at least five times.

Went in to get a bagel twist with cream cheese. At first they told me they can not put the cream cheese inside the bagel twist so I requested it on the side which they forgot to give me when getting my order . I let them know they forgot to give me the side of cream cheese they told me they didn’t charge it so I asked them for a side of cream cheese which they then tried to charge me $2 for just a side of cream cheese. Lack of customer service in this location they should really go through another training to better assist future customers.
