Young man who served us was very nice listened to our orders and served us with great conversation and our order was delicious in every way. He took his time and sent us off with smiles and conversation about him. Remember this was a Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins franchise. The ice cream was excellently served.

What a shame. They have bunch of kids who have no idea how to make a coffee. The manager needs to work on her customer service. Employees which are kids they don’t charge some people and get good TIP AND GIVE SO MUCH FREE FOOD even the manager don’t care because everything is happening in front of manager. The main thing there was a hair in my food. I don’t recommend anyone going in this dunkin and I don’t think i will ever go there again!!! I wish I could give them a ZERO star.

Never have donuts! If you visit this Dunkin after 12 pm, you will not find all the donut flavors. Don’t bother going after 3 pm. They are the closest to my home, and every time my kids want donuts after school, I end up having to go further because they never have any donuts!

Pretty standard Dunkin’ donuts Fair it’s nice that they also have ice cream but with two other ice cream joints three if you count milkshakes at Burger King it’s a little much . Overall it’s a really nice place to get the orders right and pleasant atmosphere that you can expect from a pretty standard Dunkin’ donuts nothing special but definitely not the worst one in town

I’ve been coming here often since it’s close to my job and usually on Sunday there’s the best worker (he wears glasses) and always makes the best coffee and I always have a pleasant experience when he’s there to take my order. Unfortunately today he wasn’t there I asked for an iced macchiato and got an entire cup filled completely with expresso and no sweet milk on the bottom and it tasted really bad… I was hesitant to ask for the correct drink because sometimes other workers give me an attitude. My coworker also asked for an iced mocha and that was also not made correctly and they insisted she was incorrect and she had an iced coffee with squirts of chocolate in it… that’s not an iced mocha. On another note, one time I had a coupon for ice cream and went to get it early in the morning and all of the women workers were talking in their language making fun of me which I did not appreciate. Some workers really need to be retrained and not rush as well as needing more staff. Highly disappointed because I choose to give my business to them instead of Starbucks down the road – I might go to them if this persists.
