Visited Dunkin this morning at Green Acres Mall. The service was fast, the food was great, and I didn’t have to wait in line to place my order. The cashier was very patient while I reloaded money on the app to complete my payment and earn points. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience!

This Duncan Donut’s always, and I mean ALWAYS get it wrong!!! I’m getting really tired of spending my money in places where the service sucks. Not only did the woman that took my order this morning get it wrong. She also tried to charge me $2.00 for a cup of ice. It’s the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my job but I will not patronize this establishment ever again. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star.
