The lack of cleanliness in this establishment needs to be addressed. On numerous occasion I have stopped by to patronize this business and had to leave because of how dirty it was! The staff handling food uses the same gloves to handle every piece food, with no regards to allergies… The employees are very nice, but PLEASEEEEE clean that FOOD establishment!!!!!!!

This review validates the many poor reviews of this restaurant location. The restaurant was sold out of munchkins and doughnuts were slim pickings. My daughter wanted to order from Baskin Robbins counter, but the employee behind the counter made eye contact and continued to ignore us. We waited around ten minutes before deciding to leave without ordering anything. Awful experience.

This is the worst store ive ever been in. Second time i came here and my absolute last time. The young man behind the counter moved like a snail and there was no one else in the store while 4 of us were waiting,,meanwhile the young lady that was with him was holding her own personal conversation with a lady from her country about her vacation,,even when she finished with the lady ,she continued to ignore everyone else and continued to talk to this woman….it was disrespectful and unprofessional..i worked in retail for 30 years and i would not tolerate this in my business…i will never come there again.

There is a sign for under new management and it is my first time here but the service is terrible. The girl at the counter seems upset that anyone wants to take an order and is impatient with everyone that is ordering. The place is dirty and not being maintained. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
