Horrible service, they took my order and the employee continued to serve the customers who arrived after me instead of placing my order, he served 2 people before my order, another employee sat down without caring how long I waited, when I complained he said they would refund my money. I claimed my money back and they say they should talk to the manager who they never called or tried to return my money. Horrible service the employees don’t care about the customer. When I complained, they ignored what he was saying, the employee began to clean the floor while he spoke to him. I will never return to this store and I do not recommend it. the racks of empty Dunuts horrible

Called them because I placed my order to the wrong location, but no one was picking up the phone. If you provide a phone number on the app but do not pick up of course you get 1 star. Money is being spent and the service to get help to fix this issue is not being handled.

Every time I’ve gone to this Dunkin I’ve had a horrible experience…. I kept going back hoping their service would improve, but I was wrongfully optimistic. It’s always this one guy (maybe 20s/30s) who is SO RUDE. he messed up my order the last 3 times and refused to remake it claiming that if I wanted a new one I’d have to pay for another one. And then acted as if I was a burden for HIM messing up my order. Dunkin please check up on this location.

I’m so over donuts that are barely better then ones at 7-11. Muffins are ok but not good. Their chicken salad is probably my favorite item there. I will never buy any of their breakfast sandwiches again – not edible.

Very Rude people work here !!! Also their coffee is worst I’ve ever had in whole New York. They don’t know the difference between burnt and toasted as well. They need to hire more efficient employees or owner just don’t care at all.

Would give zero stars if I could. Employees were rude and do not even know their own menu. I ordered a cold brew and was told I could not use my coupon even though I have used the same one before for the same drink. Got into an argument with the cashier, and then was given the wrong drink and when I told her she gave me the wrong drink she told me I was in the wrong although the reason I couldn’t use the coupon was because she charged me more for the wrong drink. Unhappy with my experience, the service, and the drink. Didn’t even receive a receipt.
