Don’t know where to start so let’s try … the place seriously needs a make-over, seriously. Also, way too much in the drinks, like to the very top, 2 sips and your $5 Drink is gone. The absolute SMALLEST portion of Snakin Beacon.

Horrible customer service, and gave me a dirty cup with a lid, all I asked for was warm milk for baby’s bottle, and a donut, the lady in a rude tone says anything else?! And I said no that’s it, the guy gives me burning hot milk, to the point where it was hard for me to hold the bottle, I asked for cold milk and an empty cup and he gives me a dirty lid, and in his language (which I speak as well) he said I’m holding up his customers, plus he gave the customer who was after me, their order first, even though all he had to do was heat up milk for me, I’ve been to every dunkin no one has ever given me an issue on this, everyone was always understanding except this location! So rude for no reason!

Shout out the the Gentlemen working behind the counter today 12/20/22, there was a man who was standing very close to me and it was making me uncomfortable. The guy behind the counter asked him to step back not once but twice, without me having to say anything. I am very appreciative and the service was fast!

My husband walked into the store and asked for an iced decaf coffee. They said they didn’t have any. He asked if they could make a pot and they refused. No explanation. They let him just walk right out. Very poor, rude, and unaccomodating “service.” We have patronized this location going on 25 years. We won’t be back.

Overpriced due to location. Ordering ahead to save time from the app is often a longer wait than ordering inside because they never look for food. They make the drink and ignore the rest of the app order.

Bad service. Very limited stock. I could clearly see my desired donuts but was refused when I asked for them multiple times. Will not be going back. Donuts didn’t even taste good. I would recommend going to a different bakery.
