No issues here. Stopped in the parking lot-next to the drive through-and ordered on the app. One guy working, so I had to wait a few minutes for my order, but he was friendly and the place was clean, with tables and chairs, so it was no problem. Cold sodas and Baskin Robbins cakes and ice cream offered as well. Accessible ♿️.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for 9 years, but I’m experiencing issues with a new employee, Muhammad Afnan. Unfortunately, he’s been inattentive to customers, particularly when they’re picking up orders. I’ve noticed he’s resistant and doesn’t provide proper assistance, which is making it difficult for me to have a smooth experience.

I have been visiting this Dunkin Donuts location for almost two years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. It does not seem to matter whether I order 20 minutes ahead for pickup; my order is never ready when I arrive. Almost every time, I have to remind the employees at the front that there is a mobile order pending, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
This location lacks leadership, structure, and smooth operational processes. Even when they are not busy, the staff often appear disorganized and uncoordinated. I genuinely try to be understanding and patient, but the issues here have been ongoing without improvement.
It is unfortunate because this is the most convenient Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, so I continue to give them chances. However, they almost always disappoint. I truly think that whoever oversees this location should spend some time here to observe the day-to-day operations and see firsthand what needs to be addressed.

Poorly runned Dunkin Donut store, was there yesterday around 1pm, donuts were stale, the caramel latte had a taste & smell like detergent. Employees didn’t know what they were doing.

This location needs some serious TLC. Garbage everywhere, everyday, bushes over grown, weeds and leaves everywhere, and building cracking from lack of maintenance. Building due for a major upgrade, but yet they have the nerve to be the most expensive Dunkin within 5 miles. REALLY! They have a new lady working there whom have an amazing and bubbly personality. Always a pleasure to get coffee from her each morning.

We waited for 15 minutes for him to attend to us before driving away with nothing and no help. The barista was all alone and his speaker in the drive through was broken.
He couldn’t hear us taking our order and kept saying “hold on! Hold on please!”
And we told him we couldn’t understand him because his speaker was broken and it sounded like he was underwater.
He was busy helping guests inside with 4 cars in the driveway at 4:00
He should not be working alone.
When we drove around to order at the window he could not attend to us or any cars for 15 minutes and then we just gave up and drove away.

This is simply just disgusting..I ordered a decaf latte. I took the first sip and felt something unusual in my mouth. After spitting it out, I saw a roach. This absolutely the most disgusting thing ever. Would never buy again from here.
