Anytime I’m visiting, stopping by this location is a must. Today I stopped in and waited at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes with no acknowledgement from either of the two gentlemen behind the counter. A quick “hello, we’ll be right with you” would probably have kept me there. Not feeling valued as a customer, I decided to leave and try another Dunkin Donuts. This was a very disappointing experience because management is always friendly and courteous. Hopefully they will provide their employees with additional training on customer service because this is such a great location but with limited parking.

Beware of this place, especially when buying gift cards, they take your money and do not activate your card. They even said that the receipt that comes with it is useless!!! I hope the manager contacts me.

This place is amazing! Every employee is exceptional in their own way. When you visit, you’ll encounter friendly staff members who wish you a good day and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Every time I’m there, I feel valued, and my orders have always been correct—I’ve never had any issues. The establishment is clean, and if you need a table cleaned, they promptly offer assistance.
There’s a lady at the sandwich station who is particularly skilled at her job. The management is great, too. When you come to this location, take the opportunity to get to know the different staff members who work each shift. You’ll find your favorite barista and discover others who can prepare your coffee in various ways, offering you a unique taste that you might enjoy even more.
So, come on down to this location! Give it a try, and please keep an open mind!

Entering windows and doors were dirty with fingerprints, and who knows what else,, at the counter the equipment to pay for order was the same but worst, even the ice cream counter. I counted 6 or 7 employees all were clean well groomed and talkative to each other. They seemed to be working. I expressed my concern about the dirty place to the young lady helping me. And she was very attentive and concern a sweet heart, she made sure my order was right and kept apologizing.

The 2 young guys at the front are always so pleasant. The donuts, bagels, etc. are good. They listen when asked to make a drink a certain way, and they don’t get an attitude about it. I’ve only had good experiences the times I’ve visited this location.

I visited this Dunkin donuts on a Sunday afternoon. I walk in and notice that there is only one girl working and she’s helping out one customer, there was no one else in the store.. I didn’t know at which register she was taking the orders so I stood close by to that customer she was helping so that she could see I was waiting. The girl didn’t even acknowledge me and she had her airpods in. Few minutes later another lady walks in and she goes to stand at the register and I walk back to that register so the girl can take my order. The lady that walked in after tries to order and I said excuse me ma’am but I’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes so I can order. She proceeds to tell me she got there before me. Delusional and entitled.. What was worst is the lady working there says she didn’t know who had gotten there first and tells the lady ” you know you’re a regular, let me just deal with her and you can give me your order though “. For the young lady working there, had you not been on your headphones and paid attention to your surroundings you would’ve noticed I was patiently waiting until u got finished helping one customer. I never even go to this place. I usually go to the one on sunrise and I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.

This place was a mad house and they put sugar instead of Splenda in my latté. And it tasted like a LOT of sugar. There’s a reason I ordered it with Splenda and now it’s undrinkable.
