Yesterday morning, I ordered a coffee from this location. I placed my order at 5 11 am and went to pick it up around 5 44 am because they get busy sometimes. I do not drive so my order was for WALK IN. I ordered from here before and the door was always open for walk in. My order was a WALK IN PICK UP, not drive through. I was also rushing to get to work right after. I knocked on the door because it was locked and the lady kept giving me hand signals. She signaled to go around the drive through. I had to walk over slipper ice and slide in between the Crack of the car and window. She asked what I needed. I told her I ordered my drink a long time ago. She said “no one was coming so the door is locked, sorry”. She gave me my drink that was ready and as I tried to leave, I almost fell on the slippery ice on the drive through. First of all, she saw I was waiting outside. She should have came and opened the door. I always order my drink here. Second, the cars could have hit me when she asked me to go to the drive through. I do not have a car so I had to walk there and get in between the car that was pulled up by the window. It was dark and freezing out. I almost fell. I could have slipped and cracked my head. This is a huge liability on dunkin and this was extremely unprofessional. She should have been more attentive because the sticker for the drink said WALK IN. How are you going to assume I can walk to the drive through in between cars and on top of that it was icy snow. I called the store today to talk to the manager and they told me he is busy and to call back after 10.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I always order an iced caramel latte through DoorDash. No matter if I call them before or not to tell them that I want a latte (because they always mess it up), it’s still not a latte that they make. A latte has milk and espresso +/- any flavors. On DoorDash I put that I want a latte, skim milk: with caramel. Instead of a latte, I continuously either get an iced coffee or an iced dunkalatte. Both of which is… NOT A LATTE. This place needs to properly train their staff to make the correct drinks, otherwise… why are they there?! I am just so tired of them messing up a SIMPLE latte at least 5 times now in the past few months. Like what is going on?!

This Dunkin donuts is conveniently located on Glen cove road. They have a drive through that I usually use. You do need to be careful coming out of the place because it’s difficult to make a left turn as you’re leaving the drive through. I do have an issue with their matcha latte. If you ask for an iced one, they usually don’t mix the matcha powder unless you specify.
I went to this Dunkin today and didn’t have a great experience. Went through the drive through and the guy taking my order seemed a little impatient. Not sure why because I was the only car in the drive through at the time. He also got my order wrong 🙁

I found a hair in my egg sandwich I got here the other day. Gross I know. I reported it in hopes of a refund or credit. I received a call later on saying they would accommodate me with coffee if I went into the store the next morning. This morning I went in and was rudely greeted by the manager who reluctantly took the order (just coffee not food obviously) safe to say I will not be coming back to this location. Rude staff and uncleanly food preparation.

HORRIBLE I had to be at work at 9:40 and I stoped here placed my order online 9:10 got to the store 3 min later and waited for my food got my food at 9:38 almost 30 min waiting for a sausage egg and cheese and bacon get on the road and I’m missing the bacon and my sandwich had a hair called the store and asked for a manger to request a refund and they hung the phone. Terrible location

I hate leaving one star reviews, but this was terrible. I ordered a butter pecan cold brew and a french vanilla coffee. They gave me the cold brew w no butter pecan and an iced coffee instead of hot. I asked them to remake the coffee because we wanted it hot and they gave me a worse drink it tasted like they melted all the ice and handed it back without actually remaking it. The order wasnt complicated i’ve been looking forward to coffee all day and this was so bad
