Absolutely horrendous costumer service, from the blatant disregard when asking for a pickup order, to coming around the counter and putting his hands on the costumer (me) and proceeding to talk a storm trying to make up for his inexcusable actions. Repeatable offense when it comes to the disrespect, today crossed the line. Wouldn’t come back to this location, unsettling to say the least.

I like to read the other reviews before posting. Many low reviews complained about the service, but I’m posting this review because I’ve always had great service. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I’ve never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.

First of all read all of the other reviews. This is the worst location that I’ve ever been to. They have succeeded in frustrating the neighborhood since it became a Dunkin. The staff is rude, slow, and please have your employees wear gloves. Because it is not hygienic to tamp ice down with their fingers. Yes its clean, more importantly; learn how to put a top on correctly, many times I’ve spilled (I would say burnt myself, but the coffee is never hot)all over my car or pants. Don’t go to the Albertson Dunkin. Your pants and patience will thank you.

I have been coming to this Dunkin since I was a child. In all my years coming here I have never been so disrespected. The woman working behind the register at 345 PM on 4/29/25 was super disrespectful and rude. She should not be working with the public if this is the way she treats customers. I have been coming here weekly almost my entire life and I will not be coming back. I am switching to the Dunkin on Jericho TPKE.

I am surprised by some of the bad reviews because I love this Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always friendly, the service is speedy, the coffee and treats are always delicious and the space is always nice and clean. What else could you ask for?!

One of the male staff, an Indian old man, was very rude and rude. I just came to the store to pick up food without saying a word and waited there. He ran over and yelled at me and said he was busy and complained all the time! I really don’t understand I didn’t rush him, I just stood there and waited, I don’t know what the staff was crazy!
