The whole morning staff is incredibly so kind. They know their usuals and greet them once they walk in. Never had a problem with their service. Very sweet from the manager to staff in the mornings. 5 stars for all of them.

BEWARE of the middle aged man with glasses who was working Sunday night, 2/15!
My partner ordered a meal through the app and paid extra to add cold foam. When we arrived to pick up the order, this man started to prepare the coffee, and told my partner that he would have to pay 70 cents right then and there to add the cold foam that he had ALREADY paid for! This man then said that the app doesn’t charge for cold foam so we had to pay for it before he made the coffee, but when I argued that it was already paid for, he ignored me and kept trying to get us to pay. When we made it clear that we weren’t going to pay (extra for an order that was already paid), he acted as if he was doing us a favor. I have attached two photos showing the difference between the meal with and without cold foam.

Behind the counter, the lady is so rude, I asked her for five dollar meal Deal then I say I don’t need a bacon and wrap can you put the on bagel please. She answer is very rudely,That’s a different sandwich. an five dollar more. I say I don’t need a bacon no cheese just I need different bread that’s it I don’t understand how she charge me extra five dollars

Be aware that if you order a BACON JAM BREAKFAST SANDWICH TELL THEM HOW MUCH MAPLE Syrup you want them to put on, when I opened mine there was so much that it dripped all over and I had to throw away the bottom piece of bread, it was so soggy!!!!!!!!’

I ordered through the Dunkin mobile app a large chai tea latte. I ended up getting a large coffee with chai syrup in it. Not sure how you mess that up especially being the only item ordered. Waste of $5

For Veteran’s Day, all Dunkin Donuts were supposed to give a free donut with valid ID. Not here. Older guy with beard insisted that an additional purchase was required and was rude. I used to visit this location a lot. Never again.
