No frills donut shop. Donuts very good and so is the coffee. Ambitious breakfast menu not very well executed at the Great Neck Plaza location. The so-called special items presented on TV ads are a far cry from what they actually produce here. Stick with the coffee and donuts.

The location is small but they are very professional about their work ethic and make the drinks quickly.

Easily the rudest employees I ever encountered at a Dunkin and wish I could give 0 stars. Took forever with the order and they
spilled my milk everywhere.

After only a couple of months they know me as a regular and know my usual, despite their heavy morning rush. Very polite and friendly. A little small, but great service for taking food out for the morning rush.

Coffee, doughnuts, some hash browns. A good and cost effective way to start the day.

this place has zero organization. i don’t expect a five star hotel but at least some hospitality. i’ve had a couple encounters at this particular location where workers and superiors stand around while you wait for an order. i’ve seen workers aimlessly cleaning instead of helping the customer at hand. i was infuriated today, November 5th, 2023. i had placed an order before i had even left the house. when i got there, 10 minutes after, the workers had only done the coffee. one worker wiped a shelf while her manager watched her. i had a train within the next 3 minutes meaning i had waited a full 15 minutes just for 1 iced coffee. keep in mind they had no business nor customers to attend to. ok food but disgusting service.

The ONLY way this is a 4 rating cumulatively on Google is because of the owner’s friends.. No sense of customer service. Employees yelling at you for your order. No social distancing rules for customers. The customers just bump into you and invade your space. No leadership. Horrible experience this morning at 7:30 a.m. hoping for better. Was just as bad as the Andrew hotel I stayed in. I’m serving your community by choice in a medical capacity. I was disgusted by the mayhem and customers yelling their order and bumping into me at 7:30 a.m. YOU have the capacity to make your franchise better. Food quality was bad too.

The employees are super nice EXCEPT FOR THE MANGER. I placed an order through the DD app for two simple coffees in the morning the day before and went to the store to pick the drinks up. Somehow the app took longer than expected to send the order so the store didn’t receive my order and the manger refused to make the drinks even though I showed him that I already placed the order. I didn’t end up getting the drinks because I was in a rush. I went to the store the next day and spoke to the same manager about my order, not only did he refuse to listen to my story but he insisted that I call the app service to resolve the issue when he could’ve simply make the drinks i didn’t pick up. Honestly what good is he if he can’t simply resolve a small issue like this one.

I don’t know who invented the rating system at a scale of 1-5 stars, this Dunkin Donut located by the LIRR Great Neck Station was the worst location I have ever gone. They deserve a NEGATIVE star.

Mobile orders for this location is not in function during Fridays Free Donut, you must walk-in.

The cashiers there has a thick accent that she doesn’t speak proper English. Very hard to understand her.

She was rushing me to get my order taken in the morning to get the line moving but her mind was everywhere that also talking to different customers/staffs in the store. She did not give me full attention.

No surprise, the order she took for a family of 3 was wrong, and she charged me more (bought hot coffee but charged me for iced coffee).

Didn’t remind me to scan my mobile code to get a free donut. And when I asked for the Friday free donut, this store couldn’t care less…

She was very mean shouting at me saying it was my fault in front of the whole line. The store manager then came out and rescued his staff pointed at me from a distance and raised his voice saying it was my fault. I felt humiliated as a valued DD customer and I swear to god I would never go back there again nor recommend anyone to go. My little girl was just right to me and watched the whole drama, I felt so sorry for her to experience all these, the donut was for her. Actually, the main reason we were there was just for the free donut for her as a treat. I ended up paying it myself, and she was sad too realizing to put me through all these.

HERE IS THE WORST PART – NO MASK. The cashier did not wear a mask while she was talking to the customer. I guess because her accent that muffled in the mask, she moved the entire mask on her chin. Or the store was small and hot, she decided to wear the mask in a creative way to protect everyone.

For customer experience, money, value, safety during Covid-19, and for your family — STAY AWAY from this location.
