I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for few years however each year the service and the quality of drinks and food is going down and down. The workers are not really interested in making the best quality food for the people.
So I would avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts, and go to another one.

Don’t sell old, stale donuts please. Ppl can become sick nd then what. Be mindful. There’s no need to follow such deceptive practice to put older foods behind more fresh foods, only to have to oddly reach awkwardly back behind fresh foods to sell to customers workers think are not worthy of best choice foods. I know what was done nd apparently is a consistency.

i wouldn’t recommend going to this dunkin’ donuts this evening a man there tried to scam me out of 66 dollars by making me tap my card two times for a cake that costed $32.99. they did not give me what i paid and said i did not pay for the cake when i got the notification that i did and the transaction was there because i only had $4.22 left on that card after he made me tap it the second time he tried to say that i only paid $4.22. These people prey on younger children and try to scam them out their money. and this is the guy

The staff was friendly and quick but forgot to give me half of my items & I ordered a cookie and oreo milkshake, but they gave me some plain chocolate milkshake (it didn’t taste bad so I just kept it). They have some seating available along with plenty of parking outside.

Very disappointed with staff and store manager. Place is filthy.Employees are rude to customers.Refused to take my money for whatever reason.Maybe she didn’t like the color of me. First rule of thumb is to teach your staff how to speak and understand proper English. We are in the united states
