i’m pregnant, if my order (which is VERY simple) isn’t done properly after i repeated it multiple times… it ruins my day. i ordered a plain bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and emphasized the EXTRA. i had repeated it back to the cashier 3 times, i speak spanish so she told the other worker just the bagel toasted with cream cheese. i watched her put almost none on my bagel, so when she handed it to me i asked if it had the extra cream cheese. she said “you want extra?” i said yes please. she took it back, and took cream cheese off without me noticing. does this look like extra cream cheese to you?!? *side weren’t bit, she didn’t cut the bagel either so i ripped it in half*

They get orders wrong far too often. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in line to correct a simple 1 item order. Also, the consistency of add ins (syrup,cream) is nonexistent, even when specified in the app. That’s why when I have the time, I go Starbucks, because my order tastes the same everytime.

The individuals writing these reviews are clearly NOT telling the truth. Without a doubt, this particular Dunkin Donuts location is the absolute WORST! It’s truly baffling to me, considering I’ve been a loyal customer since the store’s opening in 2016. The staff at that time was SIGNIFICANTLY superior compared to the current employees. Unfortunately, the current workers are OFTEN incompetent and CONSTANTLY make mistakes, whether it’s when I place a mobile order or verbally communicate my order. I have even resorted to specifically requesting certain employees to handle my orders, as others seem incapable of understanding. Furthermore, the majority of the Spanish speaking employees prioritize and provide better service to their fellow Spanish speakers, while treating everyone else POORLY! These individuals frustrate me to no end, as their incompetence is evident, and they lack the necessary skills for their job.
