Terrible experience today with the owner
The owner just got angry at me for asking an extra empty cup and some cold milk for my boy’s hot chocolate, and through a scene, absolutely unexpectedly. He was shouting and spoke nasty to me in front of everyone around.
We are regular customers at that location and absolutely love the stuff there, they are always very nice and helpful. My kids love it there as well, but now we may need to look for another location because today’s situation was very unpleasant and we left with a bad taste in our mouth.

I placed an order on uber eats. I went this morning to pick it up and the staff were very nasty, didn’t understand English and not helpful . They said someone already picked up my order and wasn’t willing to help with the situation. I had to call Uber eats and then uber was trying to call them. It was five staff members working who refused to answer the phone for uber. Uber cancelled my order. I was happy when the uber order was cancelled because I also saw two roaches running on the donuts. When I asked to speak the manager, they said their manager is sleeping all day today and will be in tomorrow. Will never return here again.
