had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. While I was ordering my coffee, the employee started making it before I had finished my order. When I politely said, “Oh, I wasn’t finished ordering,” she responded with “What now?” in a rude tone. She then told me to hurry up because I was “getting on her nerves,” even though I was simply trying to finish ordering my drink.
I wasn’t being difficult at all. I was just placing my order. The interaction felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this, because customers shouldn’t feel rushed or spoken to that way when ordering.

Been coming here about 20 years now and just had an awkward experience. After parking my car and walking in the unprofessional woman yelled across that her counter was closed and I had to go thru drive thru. After pulling around I started blankly into a camera and a dark menu with no lights for a few minutes. After pulling up to the window and trying to order she refused to serve me and told me again to go around and that I was lying because she would’ve seen it. That’s the last time me or my family will be here. I was there about 8:00pm 12/14/25 black pick up truck.

I really enjoy getting my morning coffee from this particular location. I find the employees very helpful and nice to talk with. And that spills over on us, the patrons. (No pun intended 🙂 Those of us in line are happy to be there. The employees seam eager to help. And if there is a mix-up, they go out of their way to make it right; doing so with a smile and an apology. I especially enjoy Twana’s efforts. She make a GREAT coffee, no matter what coffee style mood I’m in. (I am really enjoying the pumkin’ flavors) Keep it up, Dunkin’! (applause here)

Lovely ladies
1st pic burnt sandwich 2nd pic My bagel sandwich was missing the bacon, egg, and cheese! I went in to complain and of course it was my fault. Even though the receipt was correct with what I ordered. I did not get what I ordered. Don’t even bother complaining! They don’t want to hear it. I got dirty looks and got talked about. And upper management will reach out to you. Promise you a gift card and you will never get it.

Went here for a simple coffee order and I felt like I was waiting over an hour!! crazy the staff members there seemed for foucused on making out in the back than doing what their paid to do! I miss the skinny black girl that worked here she was the only on actually doing work her and the light skin girl will never be coming back whoever owns the place needs to seriously Dre think n their hiring choices!!

Extremely unaccomodating. In every other location and even in other food establishments I’ve requested to have the bacon either omitted or put on the side but their location policy means im forced to eat the bacon? Are you kidding me? Disrespectful. If you have dietary restrictions for any reason particularly religious i would avoid this location.

I got a large hot caramel latté with 2 extra pumps (6 pumps total) it was cheaper than any other dunkin I’ve been to, AND THE CUPS WERE ACTUALLY A LARGE, always question the cups, they claim those big ones you se aren’t for lattes, they were here! She was even nice enough to cut the straw for me so I could continue my road trip without spilling it. I love this place, THEY ALSO HAVE EXXON/MOBILE gas right there, great price too!
