Staff are young but need to learn to be customer attentive and more respectful in language, demeanor, and speech. But they are young kids learning, but overall love their energetic youth never the less.

I was excited when i saw the remodeling happening as i thought quality would improve but boy was i wrong. Sine opening Ive received probably a total of two decently made coffees it’s disappointing spending money on inedible food.

So I did a mobile order (Friday 7/25/25) since I only live two mins away. When I finally made it to drive thru I was given my order. First order was wrong and coffee was pretty much empty. I come here all time! Only time everything great and correct is when order staff is working. These young kids much hate life/working. Unacceptable. The cook who was heating up food had an attitude because I wanted my correct order. My kids is allergic to sesame seeds so clearly I paid for plain bagel bites. They young man had someone else make my coffee because I didn’t want him making it again after this. Check out pictures see for yourself. Time to clean house Dunkin’ and I’m a regular. A supervisor needs to be on all time to teach them how to do job correctly!

I only rated this as one star because I had no other choice!! I have never had a problem with dunkin donuts until today. I found a plastic bag in my iced coffee. Now, I understand they were extremely busy today in the drive-thru but this is completely unacceptable!! Especially after waiting patiently for 30 mins. I will never be going to another dunkin donuts location ever again!

I been at the drive through for 15 minutes and i ordered on the app this is ridiculous no cars at all after the speaker and we haven’t move this happens every day I get here at 4:30 the poor guys inside are trying to do their best but the place is understaffed. Shame on the owners for not hiring more people asap

Very Busy Dunkin Donuts in the Morning hours. Always a decent wait at the drive thru. But the coffee is always fresh, food is good and staff is excellent.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and a lot of things happened here. First, I thought my cup was sticky, so I asked the person there if I could get a new cup. He was very immature and unprofessional, saying that’s just how the cup is, and even made all his coworkers feel the cup to see if it was sticky. I mean, am I the one drinking the cup or are all of us taking turns to take a sip? He kept telling me to stay out of it because he was speaking to his “coworker,” which doesn’t even seem like a term he’d know how to use properly. Then he told me I could go to a different Dunkin’ and get a new coffee there. Well, guess what? Now I and the other people with me will go to a different Dunkin’, and his paycheck will suffer for it .
Additionally, as I was talking to my friend about it, he told me to step out because his coworker was trying to get the order and couldn’t. Like, excuse me, you can’t kick me out just because you don’t like the subject of what I’m saying. He also gave my uncle a hard time because all my uncle said was to make the coffee hot, and he said that’s just how it is, clearly not wanting to do his job.
I hope the manager reads this review and realizes how important it is to teach your workers professionalism. Many people in my position would have stayed silent, so I’m sure this has happened to many others. I will never come to this Dunkin’ again, especially since he told me I should go to another Dunkin’.

The people who work the night shifts are careless. I ordered an iced chai latte and a hot chai latte via drive thru. Instead of an iced chai latte, they gave me iced coffee and the hot chai latte I got was just milk. I was already home when I found out that they screwed up so I had to dump $13 worth of drinks down the drain.

Waiting over 10 minutes both in drive thru and in store, THREE times in one week, is not acceptable. 10 workers on staff just chatting and wiping down the same two counters. i’ve been needing a push to start making my coffee at home and save the money, so thanks for the legit terrible service I guess.
