Despite Google indicating an 8:00 PM closing time, my recent visit to Dunkin’ left me quite disappointed. After a 15-minute drive with hopes of enjoying a fresh cup of coffee, I was met with a closed store and dimmed lights. I am very disappointed and embarrassed for this dunkin franchise. DO BETTER

Ordering the was quick, but getting my order took a while. I’m not sure if they were understaffed the morning we went, but it seemed like they were struggling. Food/coffee was good! I got the Special Latte Cocoa Mocha with almond milk and cold foam and a sausage, egg, cheese croissant. The lady working the register was even helpful in answering my questions about the menu because I’m not from the east coast and this is only my 2nd time having Dunkin.

On 9/15/2024 day of Suffern Street fair , they closed Rest Room , falsely they put sign says restroom out of order on the door , their two employees look very matured were angrily saying rest room is not good ,they cut supply of water even customers can not wash hand , one old age lady employee locked rest room permanently, this is way they work there and expect gratuity from customers,

Not the best customer service , very strange at times, could be alot better. Also one of the ladies who makes the bagels etc., was angry with me because I did not respond within a second when she called my sandwich out. They also only cater to certain customers who come there often, which is nice for them but sucks for everyone else.

We had the most wonderful service from Miguel, who was so considerate and attentive to our every need, and even suggested alternatives for us. Bathrooms were clean and food was excellent.
