Lots of parking. Quick service. Plump, fresh doughnuts and hot, fresh, flavorful coffee. Employees are efficient, but not especially friendly. And the place is a bit dirty. Litter by the trash, and not many napkins in the holder. ♿️

A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get my usual breakfast. Right when I was on line waiting, I overheard a conversation with an employee and what seemed to be a manager. Tall guy, Hispanic, short hair is what the manager looked like. i heard the employee saying that they were sick, and needed to leave early. But the manager wasn’t happy about that from the tone of his voice. The employee was distressed or upset about it, and I remember them saying something like “We work with food, I shouldn’t even be here” and “it’s a health hazard.” Which is crazy that the employee even has to explain that. I wouldn’t want a sick employee dealing with my food either! I found out that they were fired right after the incident recently! It’s crazy! I don’t plan on returning and neither should you guys! Unless you want a sick employee being required to work with our food!

This store has completely gone downhill, constantly dirty smells like Rotten milk they never have anything in stock you order a large ice and they give you a small cups , you come early for fresh donuts and they have nothing available??? when you speak to management they treat you like a joke. So many employees but still wait 30 minutes for just a coffee , they’re so into their own conversations it’s like a zoo in here. Ill stick to north ave.

i’ve been noticing, and this is dating back to even 4 years ago, thats the quality of this specific dunkin donuts is just not it. the drinks have always been terrible to me (and only drinks at THIS dunkin) but now i got donuts and they look just god awful. i’m even suspicious bc i saw something that looked like sugar on my boston creme but doesnt taste like sugar…

This place is always extremely dirty and they never change the garbage, the area where you pick up straws and napkins is always so dirty, this is last time I come to this disgusting place……the staff always laughing excessively like they high on something is wild in this place.

I’ve been coming for years and when they had a male manager he had a guy named Sam working there who did great job ever since new lady became manager I don’t see Sam anymore and there coffees are disgusting seen roaches in location and dead fly in my coffee then my bagel had been burned and black. Never giving this place any more of my hard earned money. They don’t care and it’s just new people who don’t care

Honestly I don’t understand all these horrible reviews why don’t we speak upon rude customers? I went there today to order an ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that’s not even part of the summer. Like come on. She held herself and I give it up to her because honestly some of YOU customers are so rude and unnecessary to people that are simply doing there job. I honestly love this atmosphere they are so nice. I wish I could give more then a 5 star, I will keep coming.
