Maybe its me. But I come here atleast 2x a month and everytime I go there the experience is often less than pleasant. From being embarrassed over an error, getting the wrong order ( from them), latte tasting like milk and sugar and just a lack of overall customer care. I always feel like theres a “gotcha” energy. And the shift managaer/ supervisor doesn’t lead with a positive energy. It feels rushed, unsympathetic and bland. Again maybe its me. But ive had the experience several times that I feel the need to give this review. Im gonna start traveling further away to the other dunkin locations from now.
Also: usually happens in the morning . . . The few times I’ve gone in the evening its slightly better.

The line is often very long. The service wasn’t too good. I rarely buy from Dunkin’ but didn’t know they are so overpriced on breakfast sandwiches.

My go to Dunkin in the morning! Consistently makes my iced coffee the same way every time! Unlike many other places where they simply can’t follow the order and you never know how it’s going to taste. Never an issue here. Everyone that works behind the counter is attentive and hard working!

It’s alright here. The workers here are quick, but almost too quick. Before I even take my card out the machine they ask the person standing behind me what their order request is while I’m still standing there. It’s a bit rude and I haven’t experienced it at any other Dunkin. Besides that, they usually get my order correct and no hassle.
