I dont know about others but if i go to any cafe, I certainly do my work. I visited there to have a coffee (which was good) they had a good working wifi, but they literally had 3 chairs. Which is kinda bizarre for a busy store like that. I sat on window tilt to do my work.

While the staff is nice and friendly, and my coffee and foods are me perfectly, after 2:30 p.m. it becomes a loud and rowdy after-school Hangout.
They need some no loitering signs and enforcement.
If not for that, I would give the store five stars especially for the staff.

VIRGINIA
The place has 4 chairs and a table. If you are looking to eat your meal while sitting down, this is definitely NOT the place. Despite having signs that say no loitering, the 4 chairs are occupied by people who are not eating or drinking, they are just on their cell phones, sleeping or passing the time. The place is dirty, and unfortunately the staff does not take care of the customers who are going to eat.

I love the rewards program they have. It help coffee lovers save a little some thing. I get discounted or free food with the app. I go atleast 2 to 3 times a week. Plus the place is clean and staff is friendly. U can also pre order in app food is ready wen u get there.

This place has the most untrained employees.i went in there to order my normal HOT pumpkin spice latte and the oung lady at the counter clearly told us she cannot make that due to the whipped cream. UH OK
We order this daily,seasonally and never had a issues till this place. They just lost a family sale and we frequent dunkin daily but this place does not care about customers wants. Wont come here again.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars, honestly.
I have yet to have gone here and gotten my order correct. I receive cups half full and they’ll try to cover it up by filling half a cup of foam. When corrected they’ll still only fill it to maybe 2/3rds, with gracious estimation. I don’t know if the staff just thinks this is funny or if they’re just that incompetent.
The staff could have a much better attitude, especially when correcting orders.
The store is dirty and unkept, and the kitchen/barista area is visibly dirty.
I won’t be coming here again.

Ordered egg and cheese on a croissant. I waited to be called by number, but the girl who made the sandwich put it on the rack for pick up along with several other orders. At last, someone asked what I had ordered, and she asked around and found out it was sitting on the rack. I explained to her that she should have called out the number as I was not searching thru bags of meals for a sandwich.
The food is not bad. I personally don’t like dunking donuts coffee, but my friend swears by the caramel swirl with almond milk.

This is a regular stop for me whenever I’m in Peekskill on business. They finally brought back French crullers. We had been missing them for a while. I wish they had continued the $1 donut with a medium or larger coffee promotion.
