Decent Dunkin location. Large, with lots of parking, plus a drive-thru. Pretty clean inside, with lots of seating. The employees seemed a bit confused, but were plenty eager to help. Coffee and doughnuts tasted fresh and delicious.

I order my latte on the app all the time. They are SEEING how i want my latte made, every time i go to pick up my order, it’s always missing the toppings. I have to tell them to correct it. I had to do it tonight and had to tell him correct it TWICE. And he took it as a joke. There is nothing funny about immature kids working in a facility that can’t follow instructions. The manager here needs to hire better people that can read and most of all FOCUS. Speed is great but accuracy is what’s needed.

The traffic due to the location is always heavy. The bathroom is a key component at a business that serves food. They consistently fail at this point. My last visit was no exception to this specific point. The single occupancy restroom serves both genders. I walked to go use the bathroom and a woman was coming out and told me there was no tissue she wasn’t finished. She took a bunch of napkins from the front and went back in. When she came out she politely thanked me for my patience. And then I went into the bathroom which smelled, had no paper, and even the sink looked gross. When I turned to the toilet and can see that the woman had just hovered over the toilet in and attempt to avoid touching the seat and dripped blood in the toilet. She was on her cycle obviously, but the condition of the bathroom definitely contributed to her lack of care. The school bus company in the area frequents that location especially at break times. It obvious when you need to check and clean the bathrooms. Again this location consistently fails at this.

Service is deplorable. Disrespectful workers After waiting to be served for 5 minutes dude asks me “u must not like ur job right” lol what.
Told buddy just give me my food and let me get out of here. PROCEEDS to diss me saying I must not like my job all types of weird childish things. Completely ignored him but I had to share. I use to manage a Dunkin’ lol this would not fly at any location. Arguing with a customer? That isn’t saying a thing to u? Yea this would not fly at any other location. I waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while the manager continued to chat and laugh in the back and then greet me with rude behavior? Unacceptable . At least share the joke buddy.

The donut was over fried and oily as hell. The iced coffee was okay the sandwich was gross and oily and the bacon not cooked throughly. Please stop frying those donuts in so much oil .

I’m sharing my own details of this place I don’t know if the people there are original but they served me unsanitary drinks it’s hard to explain through review comments but I know I was not served original Dunkin’ Donuts products. I think that since I have a disability and I’m homeless financially struggling they’re choosing to make things worst for me. The people that work there are mistreating people that have disabilities or tanned people unfairly than other. Officials need to check out these restaurants all around New York City especially this restaurant. I’m not a animal that eats of the floor!

Terrible service! I was denied access to the restroom even though I was a patron in the store. One of the employees who claimed to have been cleaning despite wiping only the front store windows, with the restroom being clearly open and accessible for use, refused to allow me to use the restroom without providing any explanation as to why I was refused access to the restroom.

This is despicable and a flagrant violation of Title 8 of the New York City Administrative Code pertaining to Human Rights and Public Accommodations! I would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money here!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WITH DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR!

I would give this location zero stars if I could! I visited this DD location on Saturday morning with my father. I waited in the Drive thru line for over 30 MINUTES (which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with). While waiting in line, my father (who was in the front Passenger seat) reached over to my Driver’s side for something and accidentally hit the steering wheel horn which caused it to beep (It was purely an accident). When we finally pulled up to the Drive Thru window to retrieve our order, I noticed something had flown into my vehicle which was followed by a “Thump” sound. I was shocked and appalled to see that a chocolate glazed munchkin had been thrown into my car from the drive-thru window and, what was even worse, the staff was laughing at what just happened. I pulled into a parking space and went inside the store. I asked who threw the donut and everyone (the staff) was quiet and pretended as though they were unaware as to what just happened. I then proceeded to ask for the Manager and Lydia (who was one of the staff members that was laughing just minutes ago) said that she was the Manager. Lydia was not remorseful at all. In fact, she gave off an attitude as if it was no big deal. What if the munchkin would have hit me in my face?!? It surely came close!

If this is how Dunkin Donuts trains their employees to behave and conduct business, I will not give this company another dime. The staff was absolutely rude and unprofessional to say the least. Dunkin Donuts should really do a better job with their hiring process. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for many years and I’ve NEVER experienced such horrific customer service and treatment as I did on Saturday. I will, definitely, not be returning to this location and I have already told family, friends and neighbors not give this location any business. What a disgrace!
