Renovations look great, but the service with the new crew is bad. Watching someone making your drink while scrolling through their phone isn’t a great look.

This place has dramatically improved in recent months. The staff is friendly and pays very close attention to order detail. They get to know their regular customers and go that extra mile that makes you want to go there vs make your own coffee at home or at the office.
I had stopped going here for a long time due to repeated bad service. But giving credit where it is due, they have really turned the place around. It’s now my go to Dunkin.

I recently spent two mornings doing some interviewing at this particular Dunkin’ donuts. I enjoyed the corn glazed donuts that were absolutely spectacular. The workers were very helpful and the place was extremely clean. I had their refreshing iced tea as I normally do. Two days in a row of happiness at a Dunkin’ donuts, boy was I lucky. I would try the place if you’re near it. It’s worth spending the money.

I visit Dunkin Donuts more than twice a day, every day. I never experienced such a rude employee as I did this evening. Besides that he spilt hot coffee on another customer. My transaction was not accurate and instead of him refunding the money to me, he voided out the entire transaction. Clearly, I would not receive my credit, as I was overcharged. All I did was confirm he did refund the transaction and his exact word was “why” and repeated that same word many times. He finally returned the correct change back to me, however in a arrogant tone. I received my order and the coffee was not properly made so I asked him to add what I asked for. After, he did, I said “thank you” and he simply turned his head and said nothing in reply. I said it a few times and all he did was not his head. The employee in mention, shouldn’t be working in retail, If he has no customer experience.
