It’s a shame that is such a nice place, to sit down and have a cup coffee with a muffin. With family or friends a differences If only the customer service workers truly listen in making your coffee, then I try to continued believing in this Dunkin and believe me I know all the du kins from Bronx to yo kers and pleasant ville and terrytown whiteplains Elmsford. This is the only one that the coffee never comes out good is either how they processing the coffee or are not truly following the protocol instructions in cleaning the filters but all I know that several people have complain, look I’ve been to the one in Elmsford and is the only one of few with no updated features but I tell you all the girls and gentlemen that work there are the best coffee is always great. So again this is a beautiful store with so much potential and so far a business went south next to it, wouldn’t want to see patrons not choose this dunkin because of bad reputation on coffee….

Service issues during several recent visits. At busier times staff seems more focused on completing online order for pickup rather than serving walk in customers. This may reflect a lack of training or awareness on the part of the staff regarding the prioritization of multiple order streams. I think the challenge is to manage the balance between online and in person orders, especially during busy times — that requires judgment, not following a premade business model.

This Dunkin’ is extremely frustrating to go to.

More times than not, I am waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my orders that I place ahead of time through their app.

One of most recent experiences was an order of just snacking bacon. I placed my order at 7:08. I didn’t get to work until after 7:30 and the Dunkin’ is 5 minutes away from my job. Friday morning, in order to combat the long wait time like before, I placed my order (JUST SNACKIN’ BACON) at 7:17. At 7:30, it still wasn’t ready. I explained this to the worker and she said that they sometimes don’t work in order….what???? They most definitely should…!!!! I asked for a refund and went got to work…late.

Clean Dunkin. However, customer service skills need to be improved. One worker appeared to have rolled out of bed, out of uniform, hair all over the place with a hoodie on who was clearly presented tired as she seemed frustrated she was not fully stocked up front. The other possibly working there for a longer time, was rude. When asked about my order, that was in front of her as I pointed out, her response was “I don’t know, I don’t make food” completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Younger worker there was great. Training for people skills should be revisited.

Walked in , 4 workers and only Like 3 customers .i was there for like 5min. Only person on line . Workers acted like I was invisible . No acknowledgment ,I had to just walk out and go elsewhere . Customer service should not be like this in 2024
