Dunkin’ Donuts used to be affordable, but now it’s just slow-motion price gouging. Every few months the prices inch up — a coffee and sandwich combo now costs nearly $14. A single donut over $2? Seriously?
They blame inflation and wages, but this feels more like a coordinated effort to quietly drain more money from hardworking Americans. It’s frustrating to watch quality drop while prices keep rising — and nobody seems to be held accountable.
At this point, it feels like price hikes are being pushed under the radar using the current economic climate as cover. The government needs to investigate Dunkin’ and other chains like it for quietly exploiting their loyal customer base.
Enough is enough. We need transparency and fairness — not another $6 breakfast sandwich.

Today the 5/4/25 at 1:10pm the lady at d store with a pierce on her nose was very rude. And she dint even hide her attitude. Needs to be train better. Especially when they are alone with their supervisor.

I bought an Ice Caramel Makiatto and it was literally just milk and I asked for an extra shot of coffee and they only added flavor. They should improve the quality of the coffees. Just milk!!

It was a lot better when the old staff was there. They would see me pull up and have my order ready when I got to the counter. The coffee tasted better as well. These kids there now barely speak and my black coffee now taste like mud.

They have my favorite coffee year round now.. butter pecan and I prefer iced, w/extra flavor and creamer Not milk. Perfect! Try it As far as their menu I only chose the foods I’ve tried. I’m sure all of it is great.

Today 8:15 am I purchased 2 orders of snacking bacon and a Bacon Egg & Cheese toasted on a English Muffin and a large hot tea.
What I got was 2 orders of Burnt to a Crisp Snacking Bacon and a untoasted Bacon Egg & Cheese English Muffin with ice cold bacon. I paid $13.72 , CHK 3961. I can’t believe that the worker smiled in my face and handed me this poor excuse of a breakfast!!!
You really do need to employ better workers because this isn’t the first time that this has happened to me
