I came to use my rewards on a drink after many visits and the cashier didn’t scan it properly and refused to give me my drink and to use more rewards again which I refused to do . I lost 900 points because of her error… she also gave me the wrong drink as well and would not fix the order. I don’t know if this sounds a bit ridiculous but it’s mainly because she was rude about it. I come here all the time and have never had someone with such a bad attitude

Today I ordered hot chocolote for my daughter. It tasted so different that it usually was- very diluted, watery. I came to a DD employee, told him that I was not satisfied, that my drink didn’t taste as usual. He just put a new cap on my cup claiming that he added milk, instead of making a new drink. The taste remained the same. Their customer service sucks!

How did he End up with “iced coffee” when it was not even mentioned. No time To argue today. Just do better next time…. After a couple of sip though, the drink is not bad. Concerning Dunkin Donuts– and I am a big -time customer of this franchise– I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin’s that I have visited… and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it’s customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

The service is terrible, especially the chubby one, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, she shows that she doesn’t want to be at work and every time I go to receive my order, she always has an attitude, she is not polite, and she looks with I despise people. That person should not be in the establishment does not give good vibes. I thought her attitude was only with me, but in reality I checked the reviews and it is seen that her attitude is with all the clients. I don’t understand why that person is still in the establishment. Why as a client I have to see her attitude or was it perhaps I made a mistake for her to give me an attitude?

This location still has turnover, but the manager has been at this location a while now and I’ve noticed a huge improvement. Friendly staff that gets my order right the first time
