I’ve gotten a Dunkin refresher a few times from this place. There are days where the refresher tastes great. And then there are days where I see random stuff floating on the bottom of my drink or hair in my drink. I’ve called the store to speak to a manager and the employee said the manager isn’t there and she doesn’t know when the manager will be present because “she comes whenever she feels like it.”

I usually come to this Dunkin’ for decaf drinks due to a caffeine intolerance that can cause heart palpitations and anxiety. Yesterday I ordered a Chocolate Cloud Latte for the first time and clearly told the employee multiple times that I needed decaf. When I got my drink, there was no sticker indicating it was decaf and about an hour later I started feeling sick, lightheaded, shaky, and my heart racing — a clear sign it contained caffeine.
It’s important that staff listen carefully when customers request decaf, as this is a serious health concern for some people. This experience was not only frustrating but also made me feel terrible for hours.

If I could give it a zero I would….the rudest people I have ever encountered at a Dunkin. I ask for a medium coffee, they gave me a small. I just simply corrected it say “I asked for a medium” to proceed to argue back that I ask for a small. I told her “whatever I just want a medium”. I get my medium walk out and realized it extremely sweet for a coffee I didn’t ask to have sugar in. I went back and the first thing she says to me is ” whatever now?”… I explained that the coffee was too sweet. She then says I asked for two sugars, processed to grab the old small cup with my sticker on it and shows that it doesn’t have sugar on it… (which of course cause I don’t drink sugar in my coffee) so she lied about me asking for sugar. She then goes on a rant about how she was talking to the other customers about me when I left the first, talking about the sizing disagreement. So she just told me she was talking bad about me to other customers. Which I don’t know why the sizing was brought up again anyway cause we were talking about the sugar in my coffee right now. They then just pour the coffee from before and a different cup and handed it to me. Rude, lairs, unprofessional, and bad attitudes. Never coming back again.

The best Dunkin around! All the staff care and make the drinks perfectly and to the brim of the cup, my order is always ready when I place it mobile, I go to this Dunkin even if it’s farther than the other ones because I know it’s worth it 🙂

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts out of them all that is absolutely atrocious. I can’t stand coming here. Every time I come here it’s a problem with my food.

Told the lady to split the card and instead of clicking the split option she decided to let the machine do it and double charged me for no reason then said sorry in a rude way after not even trying to adress the issue

This dunkin’ donuts, right on the edge of Milltown road in North Brunswick, I think it’s across the parking lot from a Mr tire, anyway, they are on the ball. Ball. I live in Milltown. There is a dunkin’ donuts in Milltown, but this dunkin’ donuts is on the ball. You go there. They always have the donuts you want. They always have the bagels that you want. The coffees are made fast and you are in and out the door fast on the weekend which is when you’re there. I mean maybe there’s a lot of people that go there during the week but I don’t. But I go in there. They always have exactly what I want. They service me fast, and then I’m out the door. You really can’t do any better than this. As far as a Dunkin donuts is concerned they are top notch at this location.
