The nice man who took our order, Naitik, was very help ful and kind to us, providing adequate customer service. On the other hand, the other workers were being extremely distatseful. They were calling out orders with attitude and tone , and yelling at the cashier, Naitik, when customers were not grabbing their orders as if that was even his fault that the customers aren’t reading the number on their receipt. When My order came out , I immediately grabbed it and they seemed annoyed and in a rush for me to grab it when I got it in 2 seconds. They were in a rush for no reason. You work at dunkin donuts it was never that deep. That gross and negative attitude not only towards your coworkers but customers too ain’t cute at all.

When I walk in, I ask to use bathroom. It’s for paying customers. Ok no problem I buy something but could you wait until I get out of the bathroom to make it. No we can’t do that. Then manager comes over said I thought I said to you earlier this morning to cashier we don’t have key to bathroom. Someone broke the lock. Then I watch staff member grabs key and uses the bathroom. I’m like WTH. whatever. I then ask again, he’s like we don’t have key. So I say can I get receipt they say no. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts i went to so far.

I’ve been to this Dunkin quite a few times, and have had good experiences every time. The service is quick.
I’m so glad the Dunkalatte was brought back, it is the best drink at Dunkin, especially with cold foam on top. I can’t recommend it enough.
The croissant egg and cheese was scrumptious, especially the croissant. The grilled cheese was decent, but not the best I’ve had at Dunkin.
The donuts here are good. I tried the cotton candy donut for the first time, and it is definitely very sweet!

I usually have a positive experience at this store but there’s been times where my order wasn’t fulfilled but I don’t say anything. However, today, I asked for an egg and cheese croissant but they gave me bacon with it and I only realized after eating. I’m vegetarian. I’ve never had meat before but I felt like crying so I didn’t say much in store. They gave me a new sandwich but I didn’t even feel like eating anymore because I felt like throwing up. I ordered coffee and hash browns to wash the taste of bacon down and they charged me for it, not like I was expecting it. However the least I expected was an apology but NOBODY apologized. I’m SO upset and will not be coming here again. I’ve also become so paranoid that now I feel that I always have to check what I’m eating before I eat it. Also, by policy they are supposed to put the label of the food on the bag but there was no label. I’m so disappointed.

Terrible staff and an extremely rude manager named Phil. My daughter was served a bacon sandwich, which is completely against our religious beliefs—she only realized it after taking a bite. When I called Phil, he reviewed the CCTV footage, admitted it was his employee’s mistake, and said he would address it.
We were expecting a written apology from the employee, but instead he sent us a $20 gift card. Seriously? Do you think we are beggars, or that such a significant mistake can be brushed off with a $20 gift card? After receiving it, I called Phil to explain that we felt insulting and that we wanted to return the card, so I asked for the office address. He responded rudely, warned me not to call again and eventually hung up the phone .
I will be escalating this issue, but I still want the store owner to read my feedback and understand the seriousness of this situation. As an Indian, and specifically as a Hindu, how could bacon or beef ever be acceptable? If the owner agrees this is unacceptable, I would appreciate a call back to discuss this further.

Half the workers are straight up rude. one lady gave me attitude because I asked her to add a little bit more strawberry Concentrate in my refresher. I asked her he’s just coming out of her pocket She said we’re Trained to do it one way. Are they also trained to give customers a hard time??

The food & employees both ware sucks. Two times I tried to eat a bagel & two times I failed to chew it. Finally I garbaged it. The Spanish girl here is rude! She make face when I requested the man to make me another one. Also I garbage their coffee.
